These guys show up in force and do not stop until it is cleanuped.  Nice to see a professional group and an owner who doesn't try and gouge you.  He rather keep his men busy.  All have been with him over 10 years and that tell me Steve the owner runs a clean ship.  They were under priced the all others who sit around and twiddle their thumbs

We had priced the job with other companies and Cascade was the most reasonably priced.
They were able to come right away and removed 8 trees and ground down the stumps in 2 days, quickly and efficiently.
We had an issue with our lawn watering system being wrapped around the base of 2 stumps so they were not cut low enough, but once we moved the hoses and contacted Steve. he sent someone to finish the job

They showed up when expected and worked until the job was complete. They had all the necessary equipment, took all necessary safety steps and worked expertly. I am satisfied to be rid of the trees and the stump. The smaller bits were shredded and left on the ground at my request. A side effect of this is that I have created a good environment for stinkhorn, a mushroom that thrives on decaying wood. They are also known as devil phallus, so their presence is amusing and doesn't interfere with my landscaping scheme. On the contrary, they add interest. My only complaint is that an extensive root system from the larger tree was not removed. I had problems with sprouts from these roots until I consulted staff at the excellent Rail City Garden Center who provided an effective and easy solution that cost me only $12. I think Cascade Tree Service could have forewarned me that I'd have problems with sprouts and given me the information I later learnt for myself. About a block away, a neighbor had a similar tree removed with less expertise. In the process a power line was grounded and electricity to the neighborhood was down for hours. Because of the possibility of such an occurrence, among other mistakes, I did not choose the cheapest way to remove the trees.

The price was reasonable and I will use them again in the future.

I spent $880 on that service. For my service, they provided the cheapest price. Their price was good. I would recommend their service to others. I would use them again in the future. They had the whole day to do the work, so I don't know how to grade them on punctuality.
