I found Carlos Hernandez on Angie's List. I called and he was able to come out the same day to give me a quote. I have an old mobile home with original flooring and wished to replace the kitchen and entry area vinyl flooring. He understood the construction oddities and gave me good advice on installation options. He gave me a bid for the labor and stated an approximate cost for the materials based upon the underlayment cost. I planned to purchase the rolled vinyl and the two types of wooden base molding. I would primer and paint the molding prior to installation. Carlos provided the measurements I needed for materials purchase. He provided the underlayment needed at the entry area and all adhesives and caulk. I scheduled his soonest available time, three weeks later. Carlos and two clean-cut co-workers arrived exactly on time and quickly went to work. They set up tools in my driveway and on the front porch. His vehicles and equipment are clean and orderly, his co-workers quiet and polite. They kept the work areas clean and were careful not to damage any newly painted areas of my home. Upon completion, everything was left clean, unmarred and with no debris remaining anywhere. The and quot;multi-plyand quot; underlayment needed at the entry area was of high-quality construction, well-installed and floated. Two styles of base molding were neatly nailed with the kitchen have many cuts and corners. All corners were perfectly mitered and the nail holes filled with putty. A completely finished job was performed, leaving me to paint only the nail holes. The labor was $300.00 with materials $123.00.

I would happily use Carlos again and highly recommend his services.

Carlos and his crew have installed carpeting in a room and recently laminate flooring in a room. He arrived on time, did a great job, good cleanup, professional . Would definitely use him again and recommend him
