It was so easy for us to find a ring here that we loved and that we could afford. They told me my ring would be done in two weeks and I was excited when they called me before then to come pick it up.

I was in Reno visiting friends with my girlfriend and I proposed to her that weekend. I wanted an engagement ring that would be unique and stand out. Custom jewelry design can be quite pricey and slow from the big chains so I went with local jewelry designer Britten Wolf at BVW Jewelers. Britten sat me down and together we designed the perfect custom engagement ring for my fiancee. The design process was painless and kinda fun. It's great to see the design come together on-screen before it's even cast: the ring came out perfect. I will be getting my wedding band here as well.

It was FUN! I went in and picked out a couple of styles I liked and then the owner had us sit down and talk about what we liked about each piece and he built a ring for us on the computer program right in front of us. We made lots of changes and the end result was nothing like what I had picked out, but it is EXACTLY what I wanted! He worked on the structure more after we left and e-mailed me pictures of the ring. Once I said, "That's it!" he made a 3-D printing of it and I got to come in and see it. There were some things I wanted to change about it once I saw it in 3-D and he didn't mind at all, he just changed it and printed another one for me to look at for no extra charge. That one was perfect and about a week later I had my ring! it was exactly like the pictures and the 3D print. I'm so excited because no one will ever have a ring exactly like mine!
