BUGGY BATH CAR WASH

Their attitude did horrible first of all they washed my mats and I asked for them to not put the mats inside dripping wet because it does mess up the carpet and they decided to bad mouth me like if I didn’t understand Spanish. They put them out them when it was time to finish up my car the lady still went ahead an out the mats wet inside my car. I went up to a guy and asked him for the managers name and number and he laughed and said there was no one I can talk to if I really wanted to complain to call the number on the receipt but the thing is they took my receipt away and crumbled it up I told him and he said I can google them and call the number but nobody wanted to hear what I had to say. I went to take my mats off and when I got home I dried them myself and when putting them back I found my receipt crumbled up under my drivers side seat. Those were my worst 28$ spent and poor service and attitude and before they start bad mouthing someone in Spanish they should make sure we don’t understand.

The service was quick, I was in and out in maybe ~45 minutes (small car). The car was not dried completely, as I drove off, water dripped out from all of the crevices and left dirty, nasty lines down the side and back of the car that I had to correct when I got home.

This is the best car wash and detail I have ever had done. The entire inside of the car was covered in dog hair and they spent the time to remove every hair. The interior treatment they did made my wife's car look like new again and the best part was it is a car wash and not a boutique full of a bunch of overpriced items that have nothing to do with a vehicle. Exactly what it should be, a car wash and detail for a reasonable price with great service.

Buggy Bath always does a great job. I prefer to have my car hand washed and they've always been able to accomodate me. Their prices are very reasonable and they basically do a mini detail with every full service car wash. The quality far exceeds the other car washes in town and the quality is very consistent. I've been going to them for a couple of years now and have never had a bad experience.
