All of the people that I dealt with were professional and personable.  Anthony was especially helpful in determining a solution to my discomfort with a window that was installed in a shower.  They did not look for items to overbid the project, but pointed out obvious items that needed repair. Dan was very understanding of my indecision on the project and helped guide me through it.  There was a miscommunication on the order, that I noticed after the very nice installer left and it was fixed right away. 

As budget allows I will be calling Brite Glass for more work that I need done.

It's difficult for me to take off work during the week, but Brite Glass agreed to arrive here early.  Anthony arrived approximately 0715, fixed my shower door catch promptly, and charged me less than the original estimate. Professional and efficient.

Using Angie's list, we found Brite Glass to be responsive and reasonably priced. The mirror was available within a few days. Installation was done on time and completely to our satisfaction. Installer was friendly and efficient.

They did a great job fixing a chip on the windshield of my car.  I dropped by without an appointment, they were able to accommodate me immediately and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes.  They also explained to me what was happening the headlights of my car but did not pressure me to get them fixed right away which I very much appreciated!

I made an appointment to have a broken window replaced.  The technician arrived exactly on time and explained the process. I needed a custom window made. I knew it was a custom order.  Brite Glass gave me a bid for the window and labor.   The bid was comparable to the bids my neighbors were given. Many of us suffered broken windows as a result of a golf tournament with very few real golfers.  Brite Glass set up a date to replace the window.  The technician was exactly on time again.  They did not give an approximate time of between 1-3:00.  I got a real appointment.  The window was replaced in 30 minutes. Excellent work, excellent communication.

Mike was prompt, on time and found that the doors were not in alignment.  He fixed it right then and there at no charge even though they had installed the doors in 2006.  If I was still not happy with the sliding door to our deck we could purchase a different brand of door and they would install it at NO CHARGE!  I will definitely use Brite Glass Again.  And we are in a rural and at least an hour from their place of business.

Brite Glass actually sent representatives from the glass company that manufactured the original windows. There was a bad batch of coating that was put on them. We had a large amount of windows that were damaged so the company came themselves and replaced them. It wasn't really Brite Glass who ended up replacing them; it was the manufacturer of the windows.

I wanted a new shower glass enclosure and called around. I chose Brite glass because of the good price and they sounded the most professional on the phone.
