We couldn't be more excited about how our remodel went! The Bridge's are a family team that are wonderful to work with. We found Steve, Chris and Kyle to be very contentious, trustworthy and honest. It was so easy to hand over the keys to the house to them. They were all readily available for any questions along the way. Their professionalism and experience was much appreciated, as this was a long distance remodel from California. The whole process was pretty seemless and came in right on time. We couldn't be happier!!

I wanted to update my kitchen including enlarging the windows, change the flooring in my family and dining rooms, and replace some of the interior doors in my home. Steve Bridges came to my house soon after I called to make and appointment to discuss what I wanted to have done. In just a couple of days I received a diagram and a preliminary quote. Both Steve, and his wife, Chris, were great to work with. They were helpful in selecting cabinets, etc., always courteous, and prompt in returning phone calls. There were some delays with the cabinets and doors, but they were not the fault of Bridges Construction. All of their subcontractors were friendly and did excellent work. Kyle Bridges is very good at whatever job he does, and pays close attention to details. I would definitely recommend Bridges Construction for any remodeling project.

Everyone who worked on the project was fantastic....very courteous and professional in every sense. Even though this was a relatively small job, it was a big deal to us, and we felt we were treated as if it was a big deal to them as well. Estimate and final cost was detailed, easy to understand, and was a reasonable amount. Couldn't be happier with the process and outcome!

Significant cost overruns on subcontractors relative to written estimate. Variable quality of workmanship and subcontractors, some excellent and some subpar. Communication was difficult--seemed too busy or distracted to keep track of details.

The kitchen turned out beautifully. What was dark and dated 1970s is now light, bright, and cheerful. I would not hesitate to use them for another renovation. They kept mess to a minimum as my daughter and I were there during renovation. All the men were pleasant and hard working.

Amazingly well. Workers showed up promptly in the morning, worked very diligently and cleaned up at the end of the day before leaving. Kyle Bridges (Steves son) is amazing--very careful and precise worker--a person you can't help but like. I have now dealt with the Bridges since May of this year. We did not realize the scale of the job ahead. It started with some painting and a couple of walls and grew. I would hire Bridges construction again without hesitation. This is my very first recommendation of anyone and am very pleased it has been such a positive experience.

Bridges Construction did a great job for us- they spent about 4 weeks and converted the interior of a dated 1980's house to a bright and clean lined modern day house that we now enjoy. They were helpful in guiding my decisions about what changes to make and practical on expenses. The workers were all very nice and we are very happy with the results.

My husband and I received three bids for a small kitchen remodel in Southwest Reno. Bridges Construction was the only one who itemized the bid, so we could see actually where the money was going. One company was not even willing to provide a written estimate until the verbal one was accepted (which was way too high!) We chose Bridges Construction because the price seemed fair and Steve Bridges, the owner of the company, has build custom homes in the Reno area. We figured he would provide a quality product. He had also received great reviews on Angie's List.
We were not disappointed! From start to finish, Steve and his wife Chris were very professional, communicative, and responsive to questions and concerns. Steve has an excellent crew, including Kyle their son, who provided beautiful, quality work in every aspect of the remodel: demo, painting, electrical, granite fabrication, and plumbing. We are thrilled with the end product.

From the first contact our experience with Steve, Chris, and Kyle was very positive. I interviewed 4 contractors, and Steve was the best at listening to what I wanted for a new kitchen. Everything went smoothly and when there was a problem, such as our counter had to be bi-leveled and a cabinet door arrived cracked, I was confident Steve would make it right. Knowing all the little things that may not be perfect would be made right took much stress off me during the project. Steve said to me several times, "I want you to be happy." and I am. Our new kitchen is beautiful. I was surprised at how well Steve kept everything within budget. He communicated very well if there were any extra costs, and offered many solutions cost-wise. The project flowed well, and Steve was very conscious of the hardship not having a kitchen places on a family and worked hard to reduce the time. Kyle was awesome and is so skilled at carpentry. He spent a lot of time adapting the kitchen to our older home. I feel like he's part of our family now! I would highly recommend Bridges Construction Company, Inc. for any remodel project you may have.

All the staff are great to work with. Kyle and Rigo are so efficient and such hard workers. Because of the nature of the work, they did not bid the project; but, rather, the work was done on a time and material basis. I was very pleased with the over-all cost of the project and highly recommend them for 'time and material' projects.

This is an updated report from my original. At the time of that report all the remodeling was complete and we were just waiting for the paint crew to return to make corrections. That never happened.
We were pleased with the results of the kitchen remodel. Every thing looks beautiful and was done in a professional manner.
We were less pleased with the painting done in some of the rooms. The primer paint was applied unevenly leaving flat areas of paint when spray painted. Some repairs that were made were not primed so they appear flat. The paint was applied too thinly in the two bathrooms leaving white paint showing through the colored paint. In the bathroom where I shower and blow dry my hair there were some two dozen short hairs blown against the back wall where they stayed caught in the condensation. They didn't bother to wipe down the wall and just spray painted over. The hairs can be seen under the paint. We were told by the contractor that the job was complete and the paint crew would not be returning. These are not cosmetic touch-ups but serious errors made by the paint crew.
For this reason we cannot recommend this contractor to our friends and neighbors.

"[member name removed], I am sorry to see Mrs. [member name removed] is unhappy with the project we recently completed. I tried to explain our company policy which I believe exceeds industry standards. Our policy is at the completion of a project, we do a customer walk through and identify any areas that need attention. All touch up and repairs are completed to the clients satisfaction prior to move in. After the client has moved in, all cosmetic touch up is extra. I sent 2 painters who spent 8 hours touching up everything to Mrs. [member name removed] satisfaction. I was emailed approximately 2 months after they moved in to do additional touch up. I explained to Mrs. [member name removed] I had completed all requests per our walk through and per company policy that we don't do cosmetic touch up after move in. I have no way of knowing when the damage occurred. Mrs. [member name removed] also called me to do touch up on her baseboard after she had carpet installed and after the job was completed. I told her this was not included in my contract because I didn't install the carpet, but I would be happy to send down a painter but it would be extra. I'm sorry if there was a misunderstanding but I have to follow certain guild lines that a fair to both parties. Sincerely, Steve Bridges"

Was highly impressed with the workmanship, professionalism, and overall value of the work done by Bridges Const. Kyle was outstanding, as he not only finished the several small jobs I had requested in a very efficient manner & was quite flexible considering my schedule constraints, but the work he completed far exceeded my expectations. Very satisfied with everyone I dealt with in the company, end-to-end (starting from the initial estimates to final invoicing & overall coordination with Chris). Would definitely recommend this company, regardless of how big or small the job may be.
