"[Member Name Removed] and [Removed Member Name] We a Bridges Const. really appreciate your favorable review in light of the structural changes that were made to achieve the openness you wanted. It was one of our more challenging projects, that we are very proud of. Thanks so much for your great review. Steve"
We were not disappointed! From start to finish, Steve and his wife Chris were very professional, communicative, and responsive to questions and concerns. Steve has an excellent crew, including Kyle their son, who provided beautiful, quality work in every aspect of the remodel: demo, painting, electrical, granite fabrication, and plumbing. We are thrilled with the end product.
As Steve put it: he brought our kitchen into the 21st century! A big thank you to Steve, Chris, Kyle, and all their guys!!
"Thanks [Member Name Removed] your great review means so much to myself and the crew"

"Thanks [Member name removed] for the great review! you guys were so patient and easy to work with. I've been in the business over 50 yrs and customers like you guys are what keeps our passion for quality work going. We appreciate your business"
"[Member name removed], Thanks so much for the great review, most clients prefer to have a bid especially if they are not familiar with the company. Most of the time the client pays less than a bid price going T&M because I have to bid higher if there are unknowns. Thanks, Steve"
We were pleased with the results of the kitchen remodel. Every thing looks beautiful and was done in a professional manner.
We were less pleased with the painting done in some of the rooms. The primer paint was applied unevenly leaving flat areas of paint when spray painted. Some repairs that were made were not primed so they appear flat. The paint was applied too thinly in the two bathrooms leaving white paint showing through the colored paint. In the bathroom where I shower and blow dry my hair there were some two dozen short hairs blown against the back wall where they stayed caught in the condensation. They didn't bother to wipe down the wall and just spray painted over. The hairs can be seen under the paint. We were told by the contractor that the job was complete and the paint crew would not be returning. These are not cosmetic touch-ups but serious errors made by the paint crew.
For this reason we cannot recommend this contractor to our friends and neighbors.
"[member name removed], I am sorry to see Mrs. [member name removed] is unhappy with the project we recently completed. I tried to explain our company policy which I believe exceeds industry standards. Our policy is at the completion of a project, we do a customer walk through and identify any areas that need attention. All touch up and repairs are completed to the clients satisfaction prior to move in. After the client has moved in, all cosmetic touch up is extra. I sent 2 painters who spent 8 hours touching up everything to Mrs. [member name removed] satisfaction. I was emailed approximately 2 months after they moved in to do additional touch up. I explained to Mrs. [member name removed] I had completed all requests per our walk through and per company policy that we don't do cosmetic touch up after move in. I have no way of knowing when the damage occurred. Mrs. [member name removed] also called me to do touch up on her baseboard after she had carpet installed and after the job was completed. I told her this was not included in my contract because I didn't install the carpet, but I would be happy to send down a painter but it would be extra. I'm sorry if there was a misunderstanding but I have to follow certain guild lines that a fair to both parties. Sincerely, Steve Bridges"
"Hello [Member Name Removed], In your review you said "We talked to the gentleman" I talked only to [Member Name Removed] (approx. an hour prior to scheduling an appointment). I met with "[Member Name Removed]" and spent 2 hours with him. [Member Name Removed] walked me through the house and basically wanted the entire house remodeled. He didn't have a lot of specifics on what he or you wanted. He said he would check with you. I make it a point to give a client an honest assessment of where costs are going prior to working up a bid. [Member Name Removed] mentioned that he may want to do some work himself and budget was a major concern. The bid was so extensive I told him I would get back to him and go through the house again (not enough time). I'm sorry if I came off as "curt", my intention was to give him a honest evaluation of costs prior to spending days putting a bid together that was either too expensive or would go to another contractors because the specifics were not the same. I had every intention to providing him with a bid, I apologize for not getting back to him soon enough. Sincerely, Steve Bridges"
