As far as the work goes they did an excellent job and were fair on the price at the end.  My only complaints were not showing up and not calling to let me know they weren't coming and the length of time the project took.  That last part was probably my fault because I didn't have an end date with penalties put in the contract.  Won't do that again.  Live and learn!

The work was done very well. Mr. Biale was very competent, he cleaned up after himself and seemed very knowledgeable. He accomplished the work we agreed upon very timely and had great follow through.

Great job. Professional and took pride in their workmanship. We were very pleased with the outcome.

Overall, the work was done well. It took twice as long as estimated, and cost twice as much, but since the estimate was for installation only, that makes sense. It was still only 4 days that they were here working, and since the original estimate was only $700, it's not really surprising that it ended up being more. My only real problem with the company was that it took almost 2 months to get the invoice so I could pay them.

Dennis was recommended to us by an acquaintance. We checked the company out on BBB and with the state contractors board. His initial estimate was almost 1/2 of Home Depot. He was very easy to work with, coordinating the floor installation with coming back to install the new toilets, doing the drywall and the plumbing steps, then coming back to texture the wall next to the new surround. Everything was done in our time frame (we had constraints on both the start time and needed finish time).
