This family takes great pride in doing quality work. They are prompt, professional and courtious. They wanted to do everything they could to make me happy and satisified with my purchase. The crew showed up each day on time and the whole job was finished when they said it would be complete. From the 1st day they arrived they got right to work, no standing around talking, it was business all the time. My new floors are perfect. My Husband was out of town during the installation, and when he returned he was stunned at how beautiful the flooring looked. We are completely satisified with Best Hardwood Flooring, and we will be recommending them.

They came in and demoed right away. By day two they started laying the hardwood. They even moved the heavy furniture to the garage for me. They completed the floor by Friday, sanded and started laying the finish on Saturday. By Wednesday of the following week they were finished; I just had to wait for the finish to dry.

After it was all dry and complete, they came back to put back the baseboards. I had asked them not to install the ones in the back bedroom, until I had a chance to paint them, which they did. And this is when I had a couple of problems, when they removed the baseboards, they damaged a few pieced and scuffed and dinged the walls in a couple of places. I talked to them and the patched the dings and attempted to find matching baseboard, but to no avail, they replace the baseboards in the entire room. Also, the back door threshold wasn't how I wanted it; so they fixed that.

the existing hardwood floor looks very nice. My concern about them was when they took out the carpet, they had to take out my baseboards and they did an awful job putting them back on. It was really bad. I've had conversations with them about it and nothing seems to come of it. I am either going to have to replace my baseboards which is going to cost me a fair amount of money. I am pleased with the matching job of the existing hardwood. The price was average but in retrospect it was not good. I would definitely not use them again.

Everything is perfect! Miguel and Caesar and their staff are a pleasure to work with. They work hard to make sure you are satisfied. They have been very helpful through the entire process.

We researched flooring and installers for about 4 months before choosing Best Hardwood.     From the showroom to installation they were professional, honest, and responsive.   Everything that you would want in a contractor, you get with Best Hardwood.    They know their product lines very well and were critical in helping us choose the right product for our needs.   Down to the smallest detail, they were helpful and a pleasure to work with.     The floor is finished and it looks absolutely wonderful.

Floors here on Angie's List and we liked Miguel when he came to give us
the estimate.  When we had further questions about the project, Miguel
was happy to come back to go over things with us again.  The crew showed
up right on time as scheduled and they took great care in covering all
the cabinetry, windows, and sealed off the rooms from the rest of the
house.  The three crew members who worked on the project were friendly
as well as skilled workers and we enjoyed having them in our home.  The
job did take an extra day but that was because they were being very
careful with all the sanding and also with applying the final coat of
sealer (since we had a high gloss finish).  There was one small area
that showed where the sealer had been applied too thick into a corner
but when I called them about it, they were back the next day to fix it. 
We are especially pleased with the extra effort they took on the
transition strips between the hardwood floor and the entry tile floor. 
Delfino, the foreman, had to cut and customize the strip to fit our
unusual situation and he did a beautiful job.  We are very happy with
our newly refinished floors and are impressed
with how beautiful the new stain and high gloss looks.  We would
certainly and highly recommend BHF to all our friends and family.

I was impressed with Cesar and Miguel and all of their employees from start to finish. They were responsive, communicative, professional, punctual, highly skilled, and caring. I really felt that they had our best interests at heart through the entire process. I made some unusual requests to which they replied with patience, understanding, and information. They really made me feel like my job was a top priority for them. Down to the details of the promptly emailed bid to the names on the shirts of all of the employees who worked here to the careful way in which they covered everything (including the smoke detectors!) with plastic to minimize clean-up for us, I feel like this is a top notch company. Our floors are drop dead gorgeous!  I wouldn't use anyone else and highly recommend them!

The work they did was superb.  The flooring looks great and they finished exactly when they said they would.  I will definitely use them for any other flooring project.

Much quicker than I thought; they work 6 days a week, and are very diligent.  I am very pleased with the way they butted up against existing tile (including curves).  I would recommend this company to a friend, and would use them again.

Best Hardwood Flooring's pricing was more than fair, they were flexible with our schedule, professional and on-time.  Not sure you can find better in the Reno area.  My husband and I would absolutely recommend Best Hardwood Flooring and will definitely use them again in the future.

What I really liked about them the most, is that you could not tell where the new hardwood was and the old hardwood was. The transition was flawless. I'm really pleased with the color. They did really mess up my baseboards. However, they were very professional.
