Took my Jetta to them after having an a/c technician examine my a/c system which was spitting out warm air. Relayed a/c tech's findings to Automotion rep: a/c system is not the problem because tech was able to make system work if he bypassed electrical system with an alternate power source.
Automotion decided a/c system WAS the problem & recommended replacing, not only the part that they said was malfunctioning, but an additional component that was still working ("but typically fails shortly after the component that we have identified as the problem...blah blah blah"). $1200 later I pick up vehicle and a/c is still not functioning correctly. Return it to shop and guess what? The problem was in the computer. Ended up costing $1400 total. Unbelievable. After all that, they gave me a $5 coupon for a car wash. Wow. Will not go back.
