"While we always value and appreciate feedback from our clients, we are deeply disappointed when any client is not fully satisfied with our work, quality, or professionalism. This particular project had a lot of context surrounding it, and we were committed to addressing any issues during the time of the job. At the start of the project, the client was interested in saving money by installing the base materials themselves, which we agreed to. Unfortunately, when we inspected the job over Labor Day weekend before Tuesday's installation, the base preparation was not finished. To ensure the project stayed on schedule, our team rushed the work over the holiday to complete the base installation (at no additional charge), proceed with the job on time, and avoid wasted asphalt material already ordered (we would have had to back-charge the client, as the materials were already on order for the install date and unable to cancel). Additionally, we responded to issues raised multiple times, resolving any necessary fixes. One of our team members damaged his fence and gate with our equipment. We hired a contractor to fix the fence and fully repair the damage. After these repairs, we attempted to collect payment for the completed job. During this time, the customer refused to pay the total amount of the contract. We mutually agreed to settle for significantly less than full payment and void further contractual obligations. Our commitment to our clients is unwavering. We strive to ensure that all our work meets the highest standards. In the rare event that something falls short, we take immediate steps to address and resolve any issues or concerns, providing our clients with the reassurance and confidence they deserve."
