Brain and Sean arrived mid afternoon and got right to work. I got home from my work at abpout 4:30pm and they were just finishing up. They installed heat tape on a very complex salad of pipes, angles and valves and installed induistrial grade insulation arouns all the pipes that were open to the air and cement floors. They were as cold as I was but they kept on working until they proved the new pump switch was working correctly and the pipes had been insulated correctly.
Brian and Sean were polite, pleaseant, professional and wished us a Merry Christmas as they left.
these were not knuckle dragging plumbers, these two men were professional, technicians that appreciated our circumstances and wen the extra mile to give us and more robust system ans peace of mind.
