So far we are very pleased with the results, the trees look good (though not yet fully leafed-out).  When they were done they left the site very clean.  Their price was quite a bit less than the other bid we had and I can't imagine what more we would have gotten for the additional money.

Very happy with the service overall.  I watched them remove one of the huge cottonwoods from the beginning, and you could not get me to do that!  Fifty feet in the air, chunking the tree down in pieces (the only way to do it in the back yard).  Wow. This appears to be a top quality firm that knows what they are doing, knows trees, and does a good job.  Our job was done on three different visits, and I especially appreciated the fact that they completely cleaned the job site after every single visit.  It was cleaned to the point you could not tell that there was a job in progress.  Very nice. They also do tree plantings (as I discovered after talking with them).  I was pleased enough with their work in tree removal that I will be contacting them at the end of the summer to make plans for planting replacement trees - trees more appropriate for our desert climate than cottonwoods. If you have serious - and especially difficult - tree work to do, I recommend this firm.

We worked with Jon, including meeting him to select the trees and, as a certified arborist, Jon was helpful in selecting well formed trees.  The job was an all day job because deep holes had to be dug for the trees, not easy in Nevada's clay packed soil, and the stump had to be ground down several inches to allow sod to be placed on top, another time consuming job.  Jon was very professional as were the three member crew that did the work.  There was a misunderstanding regarding what we wanted on the stump removal but this was promptly remedied to our complete satisfaction.  They left the yard in pristine condition, including anchoring the trees and placing mulch around them - looks great!  The price was quite reasonable  based on two other estimates we had gotten for the work.

I spent $165on that service. My neighbor had them doing some work, so I stopped by and one of the guys came over and looked at what I had and what they could do with my trees. We agreed on the price, but they also gave me $50 off because they were already in the neighborhood. I would tell others that they did a fine job and they were very courteous. A week or days after they did the work, they sent me a bill and everything went fine. If they hadn?t taken the $50 off, I don?t think I would have had it done.

We called the company after we found them on google. The next day someone came out and gave us an estimate. We also called another company to compare prices and quality, and we felt the most comfortable with this company. So, we called them back and they scheduled the job within one week. A certified arborist was on-hand to answer any and all questions that I had, which was very reassuring. The job was completed quickly, we paid our dues, and they were on their way.

They came out in the morning, gave me the estimate and told me they could do the job that day! They came by while I was at work, performed the job and were very careful as the stump was right next to my house. I was impressed with the care they showed in the job and the speed at which they did it. I will use them again in the future!

I received a prompt estimate that was modestly below another bid. We set a date for work for while I was gone on vacation. When we arrived home, the work was excellently performed and the bill was awaiting right where we agreed to leave it.

We had a large cottonwood leaning over the patio, aimed at the middle of the house. It was developing crown root disease, and starting to move around in the wind. We found out much later that its roots had also caused extensive damaged to the patio and an area of the basement slab floor more than sixty feet from the tree. It went very well, and they were careful to keep collateral damage to a minimum. We knew it was impossible to remove without some damage, unless we hired a huge crane to lift it out over the house. They were thorough in their estimate of how much and where the damage would occur, which we agreed to in advance. Since that removal they have called back twice to see if there were any further problems, and to discuss means of preventing future root incursions from the remaining trees in our yard. UPDATE I'd like to make it clear that the potential for any damage was very high, and we were quite amazed with how little impact their removal of tons of tree had on the area around it. We discussed this aspect thoroughly beforehand. We weren't disappointed. If I could add a plus sign to their A rated professionalism I would.
