I had a great experience with the American Arborist crew. From the walkthrough and quote to removal day, Kody, Trey, and Devon were helpful, knowledgeable, and incredibly hard working. They went above and beyond with cleanup and even helped stabilize part of my fence. I would absolutely recommend American Arborist.

The job was difficult and they were very well equipped to make short work of it. We had very specific needs and the guys did exactly what we asked for. Cleanup was done very quickly and well. We would recommend this group highly, and give them five stars.

Scheduling was satisfactory. Tree cleaning and trimming was good. Clean-up was incomplete. A large cut limb was left hanging in the crown of one tree. I pulled it down and removed the debris. Damage to roofing was noted a long time after work crews left. A large tree limb must have dropped on the roof harder than expected. Taking it down with a sling may have been a better approach. It didn't cause any apparent indoor leaks.

They were on time, actually a little early. Their staff was well trained and gave us helpful information on the care of our trees.

They were great. I do need to qualify this by saying I won't know the results of some of the work until early summer but so far, excellent!

Very knowledgeable! Showed up on time for estimate and service. Service was scheduled to happen the day following a snow storm... they still came out got the job done. Great to work with them. Would highly recommend them

The gentleman was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to give me an estimate and do the job the same day. The work was done quickly and professionally. We were very pleased with the result. We will call them this fall when we will have more work for them.

On time and very quick

Due to the time between when the estimate was given and when there was an available time to perform the job the emergence of growth took place. This caused complications with the job including inability to see with certainty the effected areas on the trees and disruption of growth in the trees they advised not doing the job and gave a great alternative They did not charge us for the visit. We will be hiring them back in the fall to remove a tree due to their knowledge and care.

Professional and to the point. Showed up on time and performed job as agreed. 100% recommend these guys! Details: I have several massive 80 year Elm trees and the other trimming services that quoted the job were more expensive, late to the appointments, and tried to sell me additional services I did not request. American Arborists on the other hand listened to my request and scaled the job accordingly. Anyone who has mature Elms know they’re a massive pain, often have some health issues no matter what you do, and extremely expensive to take down given their size. I was just looking to reduce the weight and cut back dead branches to mitigate falling pieces etc. Not necessarily fix every twig like the other trimmers wanted to do. These guys got the job done without breaking the bank.
