Pam and Don are my go to people for window blinds and shutters. They are the best. When my cat leaped at a moth and took out my bedroom blind, they came within a very short time to plan and order a replacement. I couldn't even get others to call me back. They installed the blinds on time without any issues. Since then they have done most of the windows in my home. Their prices are really fair., but what really is best is that they are so nice, They make the entire process easy and fun. Love these guys. The bottom line is that they come when they say they will. they install when they say they will without any issues, and they are nice. it doesn't get better than that.

The first two meetings with Donn were to discuss what types of window treatments we wanted.  We changed our minds many times but Donn remained patient and gave us some great suggestions to help us get the look we wanted at the best price.  At the end of the second meeting, Donn took final measurements and was very upfront with us about the length of time it would take for the window treatments to be custom made (about three weeks).
 Donn's bid was far below the other companies' bids (at least 45% lower than the highest bid); and although we didn't choose a company based on price alone, it was very nice that Donn's bid happened to be the lowest - perhaps this is because it is a family-owned company.  We chose Donn because of his expertise and ease of working with him.
Donn called us several days before the window treatments were ready to schedule an install appointment.  He arrived on time and as usual, was very professional, neat, and efficient.  He completed the install in one day, when many installers would have needed two because almost every window in our two-story house was getting some type of covering...this goes to show how experienced Donn is at his craft.
We will definitley be using Donn in the future when we buy our next home and highly recommend him to anyone else needing window treatments for their home or business.
