Air Medic Cleaning, Reno

The Air Medic crew (2 guys) showed up on time and worked efficiently on our furnace ducting to clean out rodent droppings and everything else. They were professional and friendly. They replaced a section of ducting at my request. No hard sell. They spent the time necessary even though it put them over for their next cleaning. However, one part where they worked on a ducting junction was not done correctly and came loose.
I called and talked to Todd, the owner. He scheduled a date to come up to Truckee and check out the break and the work done on the whole system. He fixed the break (I had done a temporary fix), checked that there was no evidence of more rodents, including the furnace itself, sealed up the system. As far as customer service goes, this was tops. He was gracious, didn't attempt to cover up the faults from the first effort, and made it all good, at no addtional cost, of course. Todd, as a hands-on owner, was great to deal with.
We have the confidence that this is a company that will get the job done right, even, as in this case, it took a return trip.

Very tough job, small crawl space, old duct work. They were incredibly professional and thorough, great to work with, did a fantastic job well beyond what was expected. the cost was very reasonable for the service provided. We would recommend them to anyone. They were very knowledgeable on current technologies, corrective actions, latest cost effective methods for reducing allergens. Very kind and patient. A great crew. Perfect. They outperformed any expectations on so many levels. They were prompt, professional and clean. I felt like they cared about our new home as much as we did. They will be back every year for us.
