The service was great!  I had bought a patio door slider screen at a box store - that was a waste of time and money.  This new door from Affordable Glass works wonderfully without any struggle to open or close.  The door was measured on a Monday and was to be ready the next week.  However, it was ready and installed on Thursday.  The window screens are nice and tight. Easy to talk to and attentive to the job. He kept me informed on how long it would take to get glass and was right on time. Nice person to work with which was a pleasure after many unsatisfactory jobs done on my home. He was professional and did a good job. We like the glass and the hardware. He installed a new glass front on a new tile shower with a door - part frameless.
His price was fair and better than competitors in town. He would get all "A's" except he drilled two holes in tile grout that we have to fill. Our grout line was not entirely straight so when he drilled he found out he had to move it forward to get it in line. We have not filled these grout holes yet and we hope they will not show when we do. The glass door came out of alignment in the first week but he came back right away to take care of the problem and it has been ok now for two months.
We appreciate his hard work and his work ethics - it is a breath of fresh air.

A friend of mine recommended Affordable Glass & Glazing to me, so I called to make an appointment for a free estimate.  Billy arrived within his allotted time and gave me a fair quote to replace a custom bathroom mirror and to repair my sliding glass door screen.

He measured my mirror and took my sliding glass door screen and told me he would call me in a couple of days when my mirror and screen would be ready.  To my surprise he called me the next day to tell me my order was ready.

When he returned he was right on time, he installed my screen door in the slider, cleaned the track and even oiled it.  His employee carefully brought in my new mirror, installed it and even cleaned the mirror before leaving.

The service was great, don’t let the name “affordable” fool you; you will get quality service and competitive pricing for your project.

The owner, Bill Fallon, came out for an estimate, ordered the new window and then returned to install it.  Both times he arrived when promised and was fast and efficient.  The final cost was exactly what he promised.  He was friendly and professional.  I highly recommend his company.

I called for estimate. I received the estimate timely. I agreed to pay the estimated price. We agreed on the date and time. The repair person was a little late - he was supposed to come between 1 and 2 P.M. I called them at about 2 P.M. and was told that he was running a little bit late. Repair person came at around 1:20 P.M. He was very professional. Did a great job and the price was the same as the estimate. I am very pleased with the experience. I will recommend them to anybody who needs glass repair and I will use them again if another glass window is broken.

Window had to be ordered but old interior (a two-pane window) exterior glass was OK.

Bill came out and measured and gave us an estimate. He called back to tell us the glass would take time because the supplier does not run that particular tint but every couple of months. We were not in a hurry to get it completed but did want a good match of the tint to the other windows. When the glass came in, he called and set up an appointment to install. The installation took a couple of hours and was done flawlessly. He brought a template for the mirror and sized it to the space. He also brought a sample of the holders for the shelves and made a recommendation for the thickness of the glass for the shelves. He called and made an appointment to install the mirror and shelves on March 1st. This job took three hours. When installing the mirror, he chipped the paint in a small area in the corners around the mirror. He showed us and asked for touch up paint to repair the spots. He did so and there is no visible damage as a result. The mirror looks good and the shelves are solidly attached to the wall. We were happy with both projects.
