Accent Window Coverings

These guys are great. They give great personalized service and offer choices for every budget. Dan was terrific in helping us. The installation was on time, well done and the installer was very helpful.

Company also goes by the name and quot;Accent Window Coveringsand quot;. They guided us in selection of shutters at their showroom, sent someone out to measure our windows and, in a couple of weeks, returned to install them. Although I thought the price was a little high there was, at least, very little drama. The shutters look great.

I found this company through a referral from my relator. I just moved to Reno about 3 weeks ago.
Michelle and her husband Rich came over with their cool mobile showroom. They arrived on time for our appointment. I really had no idea what I wanted except for that part of the home would be plantation shutters. They showed me all of my options along with some other great ideas.
Once of the great things about them is how organized they are. During that same visit, they had every window measured and after I chose what I wanted, she handed me a very detailed breakdown of every window, product, color, price, etc.
What was also great was the Hunter Douglas Rebate that was going on. Michelle emailed me exactly what I needed to send to HD in order to get that rebate. (FYI: That rebate came in 7 days)
Installation of my products was a breeze. Rich came with all the products, installed them and took all of the packaging away with him. That was a super bonus!
I strongly recommend this company to anyone who wants window coverings. I had a wonderful experience.

We bought a new house that had no window coverings. We checked Angie's list and contacted two companies with good ratings and asked for an estimate. We also asked Costco to provide an estimate. My wife knew she wanted plantation shutters in the living area and wood blinds of some kind for the bedrooms. She was not sure what she wanted for the kitchen/ding area. One company came out and looked the job over. The rep made a few suggestions and gave us an estimate that I thought was pretty high.
Michelle and Cindy from Affordable Blinds came the next day. They came in a van that was a traveling show room. They looked the job over and then took us to the van/showroom. They were able to show us all their products and samples of the colors they suggested. My wife worked with them on styles and colors. After the decisions about products were made Michelle worked up an estimate that was significantly less than the first bid. My wife saw the bid and told me she wanted to go with Michelle and Affordable Blinds. She said she felt very comfortable working with them and liked their sense of color and dand eacute;cor. She did not want any more estimates she wanted to work with Michelle. I'd been pricing blinds in anticipation of buying the new house and felt the prices Michelle gave us were very reasonable. We also felt very comfortable ordering the Hunter-Douglas blinds as found them to be a high quality product. I agreed with my wife and we went with Affordable Blinds.
It only took a little more than a week for our order to come in. Michelle's husband Rich installed the binds. We found him to be a very likeable competent guy to work with. We were very happy with our decision to go with Affordable Blinds. The windows look great. A good job was done picking colors, picking styles and installing. The price was very good on a quality product. They said if there any issues they will be back to take care of them. I believe them and would recommend them to my friends.

Michelle and Rich are professionals. I was very impressed with their knowledge, the products they offered and the service was excellent.

They came to my house with a mobile showroom with many samples to choose from. They are very neat and organized, showed up on time both for the initial visit and for the installation several weeks later. It was a very convenient way to shop and get the job done.
