ABC Roofing

We went with this company after our realtor had hired them for a roof inspection when we bought our homeâ ¦. I will never use them again. Scheduling the minor roof repair took months of phone calls, missed appointments and lost estimates from both the initial inspector who apparently quit, and the estimator who came out - without the correct ladder - and then supposedly also quit without leaving my estimate on file. Ultimately, they sent me a random estimate for the work without that person even seeing my roof. I signed off on it just to get the work scheduled before winter, but then felt completely ripped off when two guys were on my roof less than 2 hours with a tube of sealant for that price. I requested a phone call to understand whether it was a fair price, and whether they charge all of their customers a similar hourly rate, and never got a call backâ ¦ over and over, I left several messages. They refused to return my calls or emails. I ultimately just paid the invoice, but feel completely taken advantage of. This company clearly doesnâ t care about their customers at all.

I feel they did a wonderful job and I could trust them to promise what they said. The staff answered all my questions and was very `professional.

Very professional, respectful, helpful. They made sure the tear down of the roof was picked up, left yard looking great. The roof looks amazing.

ABC came out and gave us an estimate quickly, but scheduling the repair took almost two weeks, which wasn't bad considering how busy the market is now. We didn't get much advance notice when the roofers were coming (24 hours) but they came on time, worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves and completed the job as promised! I would recommend ABC and use them again.

I was very pleased. When they inspected the roof to see what needed to be done, they took photos of the the problem areas. When they showed me the photos, they explained what they would be doing to repair each item.

Barbara kept me informed of work done on flat roof. Photos were shown of problem areas. Will know due to weather next time if problem has been solved.

Barbara great to let you know price and work being done. When it rains again we will see if the leak is fixed. Estimate given good to see photos of problem tiles. Hope all were found since estimator and roof workers not the same. Did not have time to compare prices with other roofing companies

They spent to day nailing down loose tiles, and replacing broken ones. They cleaned up the debris on the roof, and even blew the leaves off the driveway before they departed. I would definitely recommend the company.

Everything was done in a timely fashion, and the roof passed inspection after completion. Barbara kept me updated on the work schedule. I was well pleased.
