They had a couple employees to install this; it was a one day process to complete. Sears is always reliable for this type of work. It was good work overall. You will expect responsible and professional work.

expensive, but works like a dream and has excellent warranties for parts and labor. Also done according to code, permit pulled, work inspected by City. This means that if there should be an electrical fire related to the installation of the systems, insurance will still pay as I can prove installation was approved. All personnel (salesman, installers, supervisors)very helpful, polite, knowledgeable, responisve to questions. And you get tax deduction for this energy-saving AC system. If you are willing to bypass the legal requirements and deal with no or very limited warranties, you could do it for maybe half the price.
