A few days later I brought one of my desktops into the shop to have more RAM installed. The owners were very nice and didn't charge me for the labor, just the RAM.
This was approximately two years ago. I haven't had any issues since and have moved out of their service area. However, if the place is owned and operated by the same people, I'm sure the quality of service is the same.
