avoid them like the plague! Not only did the tech steal money from my disabled mother the ac unit he "serviced" two months ago has now died.Don't bother talking to the person who answers the phone as she is condescending & rude.They should be ashamed of how they treat people.run the other direction as far and as fast as you can,unless you like throwing your money away.

Our experience with this company was amazing! Gunnys Air Conditioning & Heating employees were very professional and very knowledgeable. They came to help us when our family was in need. We had no air-conditioning and they fix the problem immediately and correctly. They were punctual/on time…Now my air conditioning is working properly and my family is so happy. If I had any problems with my heating in the Winter, they would be the first company I would call. I Appreciate everyone who helped me along the way…. from the first phone call to the installation. Ok, so I just moved to town. Naturally my a/c goes out just after I moved in.. Smh I have no contacts in town. I was at the the local grocery store. Asked the gal behind the counter. She said don't worry just call Gunny!! She also said, he was a veteran, been in town for ever. They show up and get right too buisnes. She gave me there number right out of her phone. I called them they where able to send someone out immediately. He explained what the problem was in I way I could understand it. I don't do a/c work I was clue less... Got me up and running that day! The price was fair and timely... I will/wouldn't call any other companies.. definitely highly recommended and trusted!

I called Gunnys Air Conditiong and heating because my AC stopped blowing cold air. I was able to book an appointment for the next morning at 9am. I received a phone call an hour earlier saying the technician could come sooner. Josh the technician came out and was able to diagnose and fix the problem within an hour. He said the capacitor was bad and that he had replaced a lot of them in our area. Josh was vey knowledgeable and professional. I had a great experience with Gunnys Air and would definitely recommend them.

My AC went out at my house in Pahrump. Called Gunnys Air Conditioning and heating to come out and take a look. My appointment was at 9am, but I received a call an hour earlier saying they would be able to come sooner. Who doesn’t want cold air sooner than later. Josh the technician came out and was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. I had cold air again within 45 minutes. From the easy way to book an appointment to the timely response. Gunnys Air conditioning was great. I would definitely recommend this company again.
