I talked to him and he seemed to be a nice guy.  I had a lot of experience.  I have a management company to look after and they said he did a good job, so I just assumed that everything was taken care of.  His pricing is very good.

It went very well, we had used him before and we will use him again if necessary. We had paid "professional" who really worked fulltime with our type of sprinkler timer and yet we were never satisfied with the way it worked.  David repaired it over two months ago now and we have been very satisfied for less than the "professionals" who worked with this type of sprinkler timer all the time.

Their prices were really good, he went the distance to keep the price low with materials and checking to make sure he was working efficiently, and did a great job.  He worked quickly,  I've never had anyone so punctual, and I was happy with the results.  They cleaned up well after themselves.  They made a complicated project simple and did it well.  I will definitely use them again for any needs around my home.

He did such a good job that I paid him extra than what he wanted to charge me for. He came on a Saturday for the job. He stuck with it and got it all done.

I'm rehabbing a former foreclosure and called Dave to help with several tasks, listed above. He returned my first email promptly and very ably completed each of the tasks we spoke about. He's knowledgeable and very capable at a wide range of household tasks. I was very pleased with the results and will hire him again. The only downside is that he's sometimes busy, so it took a while to get all this done.

It went great. He showed up on time and cleaned up after he did the job, and his prices are very fair. He is also very honest and trustworthy, and I've known him for 8 years. I don't mind giving him a key to the house when I'm leaving.

Started off very well. Very pleasant and professional crew with the exception of one of the painters who often double booked other jobs. As a result, the project took longer than anticipated. But Dave McMahan, the head of the firm, was always reachable and did his best to ensure a smooth project. Pricing was reasonable.

Came when called, made an estimate and finished the job by end of day.

Great. Made a bid, called for appointment. Wait only Two days. Did job fast and looks great. Cleaned up after finished. Well done and good price.

He was on time, and good at the work he did. He was very clean and professional. The price was reasonable. He did not make me pay any money up front. I have hired other licensed contractors to help, where needed. He gave me a professional contract. There were no surprises on the job or bill. I am very happy with his work, and I would and have recommended him.

I was not pleased with the work that David McMahan did on my wheel chair ramp as the anti slipping strips were of different sizes. The right side was ten inches wide, the left one only five inches wide and when I questioned it his response was unconcern. The work took a couple of days; he never treated the wood and never returned to finish the work. He was not very professional to do business with and later I was told he was bragging about overcharging me as he said that the broad was to stupid to know anyways. I will not be using this handyman in the future and anyone who does should use caution when doing so.
