to get the windows cleaned in a hurry as I had rented out my house and they would be moving in soon. When after a day, I had not heard from the two services I had called, I called one of them back and tried a third service. Again, I had to leave messages. I did get one company finally call me back but they would not clean the chandelier so I still had to find somebody.
I called Clearview and left a message. Within 5 minutes Doug had called me back and apologized that he was on the other line when I called. We discussed my needs and size of windows and Doug gave me a quote over the phone. My job was not a small one, Doug estimated 4 to 5 hours needed to finish. Located in Pahrump, Doug said he didn't come up to the Vegas Valley every day but could come early Saturday morning.
Doug and his helper showed up 5 minutes early. They started to work immediately. They were friendly and professional. They worked over 5 hours. I was amazed how hard they worked and that they cleaned the windows by hand using ladders to reach the higher spots. I assumed they would use long poles to get the 15-foot high windows but Doug said that doesn't do a good enough job. The result was unbelievable, some of the windows you couldn't even tell there was a window there.
The most unbelievable accomplishment was how clean our glass chandelier looked. Doug had completely taken apart the fixture and hand cleaned every piece. The chandelier looked brand new.
The only negative was they didn't seem to worry too much about spilling or tracking water on the brand new laminate I had just had installed. Once I mentioned the bad effects water can have on laminate, they were more careful.
I originally thought $255 was a high price to clean windows of a single-story house. After I saw the great results and how hard and long the two men worked, I had no problem paying that amount.
I wholeheartedly recommend Clearview and would use them again.
