.When I called for help Jeff Lewis, the owner, advised me that the next day was a busy one but he would try to fit me in. The next morning he called and told me that he would be here in the afternoon. As promised he called to give me his ETA.
When he arrived he began work on a complicated set up. The heater that he was replacing was code twenty years ago and it was in tandem to a recently installed one. They have a recirculating pump.
Jeff worked until after dark to complete the work. I was impressed with Jeff and his work. As the work progressed he explained the work completely and in terms that I understood. While I do some electric and carpentry work on my home I cannot do any plumbing. Jeff also cleaned up when the work was complete.
Would I use Allaces Plumbing again? You bet!

I installed a new sink and faucet in our master bedroom. After putting in the drain system, i developed leakage. After fooling with it for a day and a half, i decided to stop. One leak would quit and another would start. I called Jeff at Allaces and left a message. He called me back in a short amount of time and said he would stop by my house in Pahrump at 3:30p since he was on a job in Las Vegas. He arrived at 3pm and was sitting in his truck waiting since he did not know i was home. I went out and brought him into the house. He took a look at the problem, took pictures, went out to his truck for a bag of parts and had it fixed in a very short amount of time. He also took the time to explain my problem and talked about another project i will be starting soon. I'm sure i will be calling him at that time since it will be more involved.

Jeff came out on 4/2/2013 in the morning to check out the water heater. We talked a bit about the issue, where and why it had leaked and I gave him the paperwork to prove that the heater was under warranty. He called around town to find one for exchange as his regular vendor didn't have any in stock and it would take a week to get one in. He proceeded to take out the damaged heater, loaded it into his truck and went to exchange it. Long story short, he had the new one installed and working by noon. He cleaned up around the area and made sure it was clean and tidy. He was kind, friendly, professional and exceptionally honest. I am thrilled beyond words with the work he did. I HIGHLY recommend him enough to anyone who needs to address pluming issues. I will definitely be calling him again when I have any problems. Thank you Jeff!!! You are awesome!!!

I called Jeff at AllAces Plumbing based on a review from Angie's list. We set an appointment time to come and replace a leaky kitchen faucet. Jeff gave me an estimate of $100 for the work as I described it. He arrived on time on the day we agreed to. He took a look at the sink and faucet and estimated that it would take about an hour. He was friendly and very professional through the entire process. The faucet he was removing was a Moen and the new one that we had purchased was a Delta and quot;touchand quot; faucet. There was a fair amount of calcium buildup around the old faucet due to the leaking. After removing the old faucet, he took the time to clean and prep the counte for the new faucet. He installed the new faucet and ensured there were no leaks, however, there was a bit of a problem with the and quot;touchand quot; portion of the faucet.
With a and quot;touchand quot; faucet you turn the water on and then when you touch the faucet (anywhere on the faucet) you can turn the water off or on automatically with a simple touch. The abiltity to turn on and off the water with a touch worked great if you touched the main stem or base of the faucet, but it did not work if you touched the wand portion of the faucet.
I give a tremendous amount of credit and thanks to Jeff who worked on this problem for the next two hours! He was frustrated, but determined to get it working. He poured over the installation manual and called Delta's service number not once but twice to get help and instruction on how to fix this problem. He even called a Delta faucet sales rep in Las Vegas to see if he had any clues to the problem. To Jeff's credit, he did finally get it working. The and quot;touchand quot; element of the wand does work, but is still a bit temperamental. Because of this Jeff got insurance from Delta that they would get back with me on whether or not a new part or even a new faucet should be sent to me to correct this problem. Delta did call me back later that day to say they would be sending a part that should help with this problem. Jeff then emailed me shortly after that to say that when it arrives he would make arrangements with me to get it installed at no cost to me!! He said he would work with Delta to cover his labor cost for installing the extra part.
After all this, the faucet looks great and is working really well. We no longer have leaks and I know I have a guarantee to get the extra part installed when it arrives. Jeff's time here at the house was almost 3 hours! He charged me his original quote of $100!!! Jeff is great to work with and he will go the extra mile to make sure the work is done and done correctly. I will definitely keep AllAces and Jeff's number handy for future plumbing issues.

I started gettiing estimates last fall but wanted to wait until this year to make the installation. Jeff was extremely helpful as to explaining the system and my options. He was the only one that acted interested in the job. His price was very competitive. Jeff was very responsive to my situation (old water heater went out in the middle of the process) and he worked to get the job done as quickly as possible. He helped me to get the SW Gas rebate. I would definitely recommend AllAces Plumbing.
