Graceful Grooming

Hired GG to groom our new puppy that we adopted from Animal Humane. He is a short-haired, mixed-breed dog and was shedding fairly badly. Also, had a bad odor to him that we were hoping would be removed with a bath. Woman arrived on time and was courteous. Our issues with this company are the following: 1) Price for service turned out to be higher than originally quoted on phone when appointment was set; 2) Our dog looked no differently after the grooming than before it; 3) Our dog still had same odor after grooming as before; woman told us it was because he had been "skunked" (i.e sprayed by a skunk) and the odor would therefore have to dissipate naturally; and 4) Despite our asking for his nails to be clipped, our dog's nails seemed as long (and sharp!) after he was groomed as before the service, and finally; 5) Our dog's coat did not seem any softer and he still was shedding badly after being groomed... All-in-all, we were NOT satisfied with the grooming. Setting the appointment was fine; woman was courteous and on time, but the grooming itself was disappointing. Therefore, we will not be using this company for our future grooming needs.

It went very well. I left a message initially, and received a call back within the day. I had an appointment for two days later. I was given a window when the groomer would arrive and he did arrive within that window. My pups were both bathed and shaved, were no worse for wear and looked great. There were no equipment issues. I thought the price was very reasonable for a mobile service.

they missed the first appt and only called after i had waited, second appt they were late.they dont take credit cards and hard to keep enuf cash on hand to pay them when original estimate too low. look out for low ball. $270 for two dogs but not the original understanding

They showed up on time. They did excellent work on both of the dogs. Doing mobile grooming is the way to go less stressful on us and our dogs. We will definitely call again for future appointments.

I have used Graceful Grooming in the past and they have always provided stellar results. Each time, I have had a different groomer and their work is always impressive. They are always on time and always professional. My dog had a custom length short cut with length left in the tail only. She looked beautiful. I am always pleased with the results and appreciate their fine work.

She arrived early, and was friendly and courteous. She invited me to be with her in the trailer, so that I could comfort her. My 16-year-old cat is nervous and howled the entire time, but didn't fight. You can tell that Grace lives animals by the way she talked about them and by the way she handled my cat. Cat groomers aren't easy to find, but even if they were, I'd call her again. She did a good job for a reasonable price.

PERFECT!  Normally the grooming for 2 dogs takes 2 hours however she had her assistant with her and I needed to leave in an hour and a half.  They worked quickly to get the dogs washed, dried and brushed out before I had to leave.  Great service, very kind.  The dogs did so much better than they normally do when I bring them into a grooming salon.  There was no shaking or whining.  They still don't like to take a bath but it was obviously much less traumatic for them to be close to home in the cozy  mobile unit.  Will use Grace from now on!

Grace groomed my 2 youngest dogs 6 weeks ago & then again this past week along w/ my newest dog.

all 3 dogs are 9yrs old or older.

my oldest dog is shy & doesn't trust  people he doesn't know. The first time Grace groomed him he did well.

When she was back again this week he was happy to see her.

My newest dog is a little shy but fairly trusting.

All 3 dogs were happy to see Grace & did great. Thanks Grace for your care & professionalism & calm way you handle my dogs.

Great job.  Very professional, the groomer ignored my dog's histrionics about getting a bath.  She uses a conditioner that reduces shedding and leaves the dog's coat soft and silky.  I have her groomed every 5 weeks, and the dog doesn't even start feeling grimy by that time, so the products the groomer uses are great.  Price is very reasonable, and using a mobile groomer is so much easier on me and the dog that I can't imagine taking the dog anywhere to get groomed.  I'm a big fan.

Our dog was taken care of in a professional, friendly manner. They were amazing.

I have a snappy dog.  They were good.  Every time I have got a groomer that they know he is temperamental.
