After Gary worked on the pump, the motor started screaming. Gary would not return my wife phone calls and now we have to find another pool company. The pump and motor are damaged. The water has not circulated since June 14. Thanks Gary!!! June 24th. New pool technician states impeller was incorrectly installed, jammed up motor.

I have a high use pool, and it was not a good fit as they could not keep up with the consistency needed to maintain it.
For a regular use pool I’m sure it would be different.

If you're looking for a pool service company - look no further! This is absolutely the finest pool service I've ever used. Gary is the ultimate professional. He's thorough, responsive, knowledgeable, reliable and pleasant. He took time to answer all my questions and taught me a few things about my system that I didn't know. My only regret is that I didn't know about this company years ago.

I can't give the company higher than a 4.0 since it's been such a short period they have worked. Pool service is only a once a week operation, but so far it's been good.

I hired this company about one year ago and I couldn't be happier. My pool is cleaned weekly and cost 110 per Month. The owner of the company has gone out of his way to help fix my pump and my creepy crawler. Out of 10 homes that I have owner with a pool this is the best service I have had anywhere.
