This is a family run business, it's Vic and his sons that run the company. Absolutely great to work with, and nothing but professional. Within 5 minutes of filling out the project on Angi, I received a call from them. They came out and looked at the issue the next day and gave me an initial estimate. The project was a custom tile shower was leaking at the door. Turned out once they started doing the demo on the shower, it was a lot more water damage than we initially thought. The waterproofing under the shower had failed, and the shower floor had to be removed. This was not their fault, there was no visible evidence of the additional damage until they started the demo. That's just the nature of water damage. Once we found out the extent of the damage, they gave us a second estimate, and that was the final price. The whole project took a little over a week, but they kept us completely informed during the whole thing. Would absolutely recommend and would use them again.

VIC Restoration was great. I would recommended them and if I ever go through another unfortunate event such as a flood, I know who to call. They were quick, communicated well, knowledgeable, and organized.

After my water heater leaked and flooded the room where it was located, VIC Restoration responded to my inquiry within minutes. I interviewed several other companies, some of which were cheaper than VIC. However, I was impressed by the professionalism they handled all aspects of the job. I felt comfortable with their process, which they explained thoroughly before starting the project. They did require a third party certification upon completion of the job as an extra assurance of the quality of their work. I would definitely recommend them.

If I could leave ten stars for the outstanding services rendered by this small family-owned business, VIC Restoration, I would! I live on the East Coast and was involved in helping a relative in the Las Vegas area secure a competent mold remediation and reconstruction company to fix a problem with a rental property. As is easily imagined, selecting a good company long distance could be a complete crapshoot. Several companies called me back from my initial on-line search--but no one impressed me more than the first calls I got from Isela and Brandon, and then from the moment Vic's team arrived on site they worked diligently to assess the damage, strategized the deconstruction and cleaning issues, helped make other necessary contacts to assure proper environmental standards, and dealt with all the finish work required to renew the property, such that it looks better than ever! This was a complex project with lots of changing dynamics, design issues and decision making in play. I want to commend the whole team at VIC Restoration, and especially Brandon, who was terrific at keeping the long-distance communication up-to-date and making sure everyone was satisfied with the job as it got underway, to the moment of final completion. Vic's team impresses with their upstanding attitude and attention to details. VIC Restoration's quality of service and professionalism is greatly appreciated and a sign of their true commitment to their customers!
