The company responded to my request (submitted via Trinity's website) and had the surveyor (Jeff) contact me for the requirement. He called within a couple hours and clarified with me the multiple types of surveys available to which i was unsure the exact requirement from the title company. Once clarified, i called Jeff back to inform him that i needed a and quot;boundary and property improvementand quot; survey. Still unsure of why the survey was required, Jeff agreed to come by the house to further clarify the requirement. He spoke to my wife and again expressed his doubt that a survey was really required. i then asked the mortgage broker to contact Jeff herself (or have the title company speak to him directly) to once again, clarify the requirement. The next day i received word from my mortgage broker that with Jeff's knowledge, the title company agreed to waive the survey requirement. Trinity Land Surveying Inc. was responsive and professional in every way. i would highly recommend their services for any survey job.
