Steamatic was recommended by our insurance company. We had two quotes and decided to choose Steamatic. We are glad we did! They did a wonderful job and dried the home quickly. They were there everyday till the it was dry checking on the equipment, monitoring levels etc. Maria was our crew leader and she was on top of it! She made sure that everything ran smoothly and we had the last amount of damage possible.

Steamatic seemed to be very knowledgeable in cleaning carpets and getting small stains out. I was happy with the way my carpets looked after they were finished. They were very friendly and showed up to do the job in a timely manner. The only drawback was that when they were finished they poured soapy water in my back yard and it killed the grass for the entire season.
