They were very prompt. We have used them three times since and have been happy with their service.

I need to pay to have someone come and landscape my naked back yard.  I can GUARANTEE you that Star Nursery will NOT be called and allowed to bid on that job.
Even if their hands were tied by my HOA and Pardee Homes the design in my front yard was the work of Star Nursery and it reflected VERY POORLY on them.  I'll never do business with them.
Please learn from my experience and put your dollars with someone else.

There was one point in the winter where we noticed that all of the leaves on my tree were gone. We went there to get a new tree and spoke with one of the managers. She was the regional manager of all the star nurseries. I went over the problem with her and got a new tree in which they told me the leaves would only fall off once a year. I then took the tree home, planted it and about a month later, the leaves were coming out. I ended up with a different tree that looked like the one I wanted. I then went back there and saw the regional manager again. She was very apologetic and made the situation right. They refunded my whole entire purchase and sent a guy with a truck with the same tree. The guy came with about 7 or 8 of the same kind of tree and told me to pick the one I wanted. I was really happy with the way they handled the problem. There are people over there at the information desk that really know what they are doing. I think that if anyone goes there they need to make sure whoever they are speaking with knows what they are talking about. I think they have really good customer service.
