My first time going in was for a dental consult which was on October 17th 2013 and then there were at least 3 more visits getting scans and going over the details of the work that was going to be done. It was a lot of work and I'm very, very panicky when it comes to dentists so I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the chance to get to know the staff and Dr. Staples before the surgery. This is normally not a cheap procedure and I'm a no insurance cash paying patient so I was very happy with the deal we worked out and I had everything paid for by the surgery date. I only had the laughing gas to help me calm down because I didn't have anyone to pick me up afterwards and I guess about 2 hours into the surgery I couldn't breath through my nose anymore because my face started swelling from all the extractions (which is normal and I should have expected but of course I didn't think of) so there went my gas comfort option and I went into freak out mode. The assistants were so very sweet and comforting and didn't make me feel bad like other places I've been to in the past. They put me at ease and helped me to calm down so even though I'd been crying, choking and basically hyper ventilating we continued. Now, although I wasn't the hottest looking thing when I walked out of there that day, I did however have a full set of temps in my mouth. It took me a few months to learn how to smile again but I've got it down now and am so glad that I went to Dr. Staples. I've only gotten my snap in teeth for my bottom jaw so far but will soon have my snap ins for my uppers and then I'll be able to eat more comfortably. It's been a learning experience with the dentures and at first I couldn't eat any solid food for months but I learned how to work around that and now have no problem eating regular food as long as its not hot. The heat melts the denture adhesive which causes my dentures to start squelching and moving about uncomfortably. I love that after paying for the work the one time I haven't had to worry about dishing out anything else since. Every other dentist I've ever gone to has always charged for this and then that, it always seemed I was dishing them out money every time I went in. Not here though, it makes every visit comforting and non stressful. The staff are like friends and family now and I can't thank them enough for how great they've been to me. I'm not the easiest patient and I miss appointments and don't always show up on time but they are always cheerful, kind and professional. I've rated a B for availability because they don't work weekends and a couple of times they didn't explain things to me that worried me when I got home. Which wasn't the case in the beginning. I just didn't like it when I got home and said to myself how do I do this and when am I suppose to take these off to clean them (my clip on dentures) and what products are safest to use on my dentures and to clean my gums with etc. I just feel someone should have gone over those details with me.

We had no difficulty getting an appointment right away. I called them to find out the initial cost. I was told the initial visit, x-rays & evaluation would run between $150 - $175. My husband said everyone was friendly, professional & efficient. He thought he was in good hands. He was given an estimate for all the work that needed to be done. And then told the charges for the services provided that day was well over $500! He didn't have a new tooth or even his teeth cleaned.

I had made an appointment for myself which I quickly canceled. I would not recommend Staples Dentistry unless you have the best dental insurance money can buy.

Crystal was very professional, personable and thorough.  So far, and to this date I am satisfied with everything at Staples Dental.

I am very satisfied with their service and professional business dealings.  Highly recommend them to others, and I will return in the future.

He's good but he's prices are too high. I don't go anymore because it's too expensive.

He is a very bad dentist, especially when it comes to working with older patients. It was a horrible experience. He removed teeth that did not need to be removed.  I have filed a complaint with Delta Dental. He was forced to repay my insurance company for the damages done.

Will trust him to finish my dental work because it's not even close to done. Staff and Dr. Staples were very nice and accommodating.

I'm one of those difficult patients when under meds to sleep or twilight.  I have some breathing problems and I'm hyper alert so I remember some of what went on.  When I was awake, Dr Staples addressed the issue right away and helped me relax again so the meds could work.  One of the girls was with me at all times, even in recovery.  The entire team was so compassionate and helped me to feel that they were there for me.  I felt comfortable and well taken care of.  A couple weeks after my temporary crowns had been put in, one fell out and I broke it.  when I went in to have it put back in, I was taken care of and a new temp was in my mouth within 20 minutes or less.  I have never been to a dentist (and I've had a lot of work done in my life) where I felt so safe and comfortable.  That says a lot for me.  I'm usually very nervous about going, but I have to finish the job and do work on the bottom of my mouth this Monday and I'm feeling just fine.  In fact, I'm looking forward to seeing everyone again.

..You can see my review on dr Staples website.  And I sent them a personal email to thank them for such great service the next day!  Dr Staples is very kind and honest.  He was concerned about me and my welfare.  His assistant and the rest of the girls in that office were so compassionate and honest.  Completely upfront with any information I needed about them.  You can tell that everyone there loves their job.  If you've read my review on True Dentistry on Angie's List you will see that I seemed to be involved in emotional manipulation there to get a $25,000.00 procedure done that involved taking all my teeth on the top of my mouth out.  Dr Staples told me after an extensive examination and many X-rays as well as 3-D shots of the inside of my mouth that I had very good bone density, and also, whoever had done the bridges in my mouth had done such a good job that it would be a waste to loose all that.  We discussed one molar in the back that needed a crown, but I asked if it could be pulled since there was no tooth under it.  He said yes, but we needed to replace the tooth in front that had broken.  He will do a root canal and crown there.  I was concerned about a couple other very old crowns, but before I could say anything, he mentioned them to me.  So we are up to 3 crowns now.  And he will replace the old fillings on the bottom, and fill a couple that are new cavities.  All that for $3900.00.  That's 3 thousand 900 dollars.  The last time I got a crown, the dentist charged me over 2 thousand for one!  I got an itemized statement of charges and everything I needed to know, I was given concise information about.  I couldn't get this all done until late in March, but yesterday Crystal, from Dr Staples called to say there had been a cancellation and she could get me in next week.  She said as soon as she got it, she thought of me because I told her my cousin was coming to visit on the 21st.  She said if I had it done sooner, I should be healed pretty well by the time he comes.  She remembered I had said that.  I've never felt that someone listened and heard what I said in any business before.  Not like that.  BTW, I've worked over 30 years as a consumer advocate.  I know what to look for and how to get answers and I'm pretty critical in my assessment of services rendered.  This office is like a very finely tuned insturment.  They all have their jobs to do and they all work very well together.  Happy people doing such a good service.

I have no problem continuing my treatment plan with them.  They will do the next 5 teeth in a single sitting (a plus). They do not do 2-hour ceram crowns and I agree with their reasons.

Simple details.
I had a tooth come out of my denture which was a year or so old.  (I think.) 
I just happened to run into the Dentist and told him about it.  He told me to come to the office.  We showed up and he fixed the denture, (put the tooth back into the denture and was confident it would not come out again).  We did pay for the service, but it was not a lot of money.  Needless to say, it was way way less then the alternative of getting a whole new denture.
Awesome looking modern office.  Fantastic Staff.  Very friendly/personable.

If they had dentists like this when I was a younger, I would probably still  have teeth and NOT need any dentures.
Going to a dentist CAN be a joy!

The doctor is excellent. The staff is excellent as well. They are fantastic.

WILL NOT GO BACK AFTER THE RELINE OF MY TEETH, I HAD TO GO BACK SEVERAL TIMES FOR ADJUSTMENTS. AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS MY TEETH WERE STILL NOT RIGHT SO I FIXED THEM MYSELF AS WELL AS I COULD SO I COULD EAT. THEY FELT AS THOUGH THEY WERE MADE FROM SOMEONE ELSES MOLD.

My experience with them was awesome, really good.  Their customer service, appointment availability and the people in the office make it a really good experience.  I have recommended my friend to go there.  They do good work and they are very attentive to the patient’s needs.

Staples Dental Implants and Reconstruction is very honest, very open, very reasonably priced, and very caring. If you have any problems all you have to do is give him a call and he will get you back in to see him. His staff is very personable, very caring, they call for follow ups to see how you are doing. They are very good. He will give you options of care. I will definitely use him in the future. 

THE OFFICE VISIT WENT GREAT. DR. STAPLES AND HIS ASSITANT CRYSTAL WERE COMPLETELY AWESOME!  THEY MADE ME FEEL SO COMFORTABLE RIGHT AWAY.  I WENT IN BECAUSE I HAD PAIN IN TWO MOLARS.  DR STAPLES DISCUSSED THE POSSIBLE CAUSES AND THE POSSIBLE TREATMENTS.  HE SUGGESTED THAT HE FIRST PUT A CROWN ON THE FIRST MOLAR AND SEE HOW THE SECOND MOLAR IS AFTER.  THAT THE SECOND MOLAR MAY OR MAY NOT NEED TREATMENT.  WOW......I LIKED THE SOUND OF THAT.  THEN HE SAW THAT MY BITE WAS WAY OFF  DUE TO ALL THE CROWNS AND FILLINGS DONE BY THE OTHER LAS VEGAS DENTISTS.  THEY WERE HIGH AND LOPSIDED AND MISALIGNING MY BITE.  HE TOOK THE TIME RIGHT THEN TO WORK ON EVENING THEM OUT AND MY BITE IS SO MUCH BETTER.  HE THEN ASKED ME IF THAT HAD BEEN BOTHERING MY JAW BECAUSE OF SOMETHING ELSE HE HAD NOTICED.  I TOLD HIM I HAVE TMJ AND WHAT KIND OF A SPLINT THAT I WAS USING FOR THE LAST TO YEARS.  HE SHOOK HIS HEAD AND TOLD ME THAT WAS JUST A TEMPORARY DEVICE, ONLY TO BE USED FOR A FEW MONTHS.   I WOULD NEED TO GET A NEW ONE FROM HIM AND AM LOOKING FORWARD TO IT. 
ALL IN ALL, AM I HAPPY?  YOU BET!  I NO LONGER HAVE TO LOOK FOR A DENTIST, GET RIPPED OFF, AND BEST OF ALL...NO MORE SUFFERING.  I REFERED MY MOM, DAD, HUSBAND, MOTHER-IN-LAW, AND TWO OF MY NEIGHBORS.

Appt. was timely and staff was friendly, office was nice.  They wanted money in advance since I had no insurance.  Money seemed to be their primary concern.  Dentist told me what he wanted to do while I was laid back in his chair.  Pulled four front teeth, two of which I do not think were necessary.  Always wanted money in advance.
Daughter went for checkup, was told she had 8 cavities, went to another dentist who could only find two.  When this information wasrelayed to him, he said he practiced preventive denistry

Due to numerous medical conditions, I am required to take a number of medications that have adversely affected my teeth.  I was constantly having work performed and 're-done' (fillings falling out, crown issues, root canals ending in extraction, etc.).  I questioned my former dentist about dentures and implants however, he was not in favor of that course of action.  I doing some online research I made an appointment to discuss the situation with Dr. Staples.  He was very frank and agreed that the most cost effective course of action was a combination of denture and partial supported with 'mini implants'.  I had priced implants and come to the conclusion that I could not afford the expense.  Dr. Staples made the work I needed affordable.  I am currently half way through my treatment and couldn't be happier.  Dr. Staples has 40 plus years of experience and he is extremely reasonable on his prices.  He is a very caring person and wants only the best for his patients.  I have referred some friends and even my daughter is now seeing Dr. Staples.
