⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Electrician — Highly Recommended!
I hired Spears Electric to install a subpanel, two 240V circuit shutoffs, and two other dedicated circuits. They did an excellent job from start to finish — professional, clean, and clearly knowledgeable.
Unlike some of the shady contractors I came across, they encouraged me to do things the right way with city permitting, instead of trying to talk me out of it. That really stood out to me. Everything was done neatly, safely, and up to code.
Couldn’t be happier with the work — highly recommend Spears Electric for any electrical project. Thank you!

We hired Spears Electric to troubleshoot and repair several recessed ceiling lights and a light switch that stopped working in one of our bedrooms. Shawn arrived promptly, assessed the situation thoroughly, and identified the root cause of the issue. He discovered a wiring problem and a worn-out dimmer switch. Rather than jumping to replacements, he carefully tested each component and salvaged what could be fixed, saving us unnecessary costs. He also went out to pick up the exact parts needed, including a compatible switch, and made sure everything was safely and cleanly installed. It could not have gone better. It turned out the detectors were not the issue and Shawn helped me figure out what it was. The carbon monoxide detector was EOL. It was under a table and hard to see. He was super wonderful. Made sure I knew how my new detectors worked and even went and got one that is a combination smoke & carbon monoxide detector. Thank you Shawn!

I could not be more pleased with the work performed by Spears Electric. From the very beginning, it was clear that Shawn understood not only what I wanted done, but the reasons I had for doing it. He tailored his quote carefully to my desires and was careful to explain exactly what his approach would be given the relative complexity of the breaker layout on my main panel and the changes he'd need to make to accommodate my subpanel. The work was completely on my schedule. On the day it was performed, we discussed the exact placement of each outlet and marked up the wall before I headed inside. Three hours later, everything was exactly as I envisioned it. In addition to doing amazing work, Shawn was friendly throughout the process and seemed genuinely excited about working with me. I can't recommend Spears Electric enough and if I need any electrical issues in the future, they'll be the first company I turn to.

They did a great job. They were very friendly and respectful. The best measure of a good contractor is how they respond when you call them after they have been paid and left your home. I did not have the bulb I needed to test the light. The next day when I purchased the bulb, the fixture did not work. When I called to inform them, they were back at my home within 30 minutes giving me priority, it was great!

It was fabulous. The gentlemen arrived on time. Installed the light fixture with no issues. Kept me informed on what was going on, asked if lights were up (towards ceiling) or down (towards floor).
