Excellent - they had some issues during installation and were very responsive to come back and correct them

They did a good job i thought at first, but after they left, i realized few problems. 1- I should of gotten an option of hinges color., they put gold hinges on white cabinets and to me they should of used silver. 2- the shelves are left with very sharp edges after they cut them., i had to file them all which was very time consuming considering i had so many shelves to file. I feel they should of done this themselves as this is a safety issue. 3- some of the outer edges did not get the rubber bumper trim ( was not consistent ) 4- They don't give you the option of putting door knobs, even if they can charge you for doing so., this was something else i had to do myself. 5- they left my garage floor and items in my garage cover with saw dust., as they cut the cabinets outside my garage just outside my garage doors. they should of set up their electric saw a bit further away so all that saw dust did not blow inside my garage as it was a very windy day. They also could of been more professional and cleaned it up. 6- I called rob and left him a message to let him know of my disappointment, and he never even called back.( NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL !!! )

Doug (the Estimator) was prompt, professional, and left a written estimate. The Installer arrived on time on the pre-arranged date and installed the cabinets (the cabinets are custom-cut in their factory and installed on site). Installer was knowledgeable, neat, and methodical.

It went great! Doug came out to measure and give us an estimate, with which we were pleased, so we agreed to hire them for the job. Fred came out a week later to install the cabinets in the laundry room and the garage. They were of good quality and just what we ordered. There was a problem with the placement of the smallest cabinet, which I pointed out and Fred immediately repaired to my satisfaction. I'm very pleased and so is my wife. We'd hire them again tomorrow!

It was wonderful. Doug came out to take the measurements and give us an estimate, with which we were pleased and agreed to hire them. Fred came out a week later to do the installation and he did a great job. The cabinets were just as promised and of good quality. There was one issue with the placement of the smallest cabinet and when I pointed it out to Fred, he immediately took care of it and I'm completely happy. So is my wife, which is most important!

On 4/28/15 Southwest Garage Cabinets gave me a free estimate for a garage cabinet installation.  I was offered multiple choices and decided to go with a promotional offer they advertised in the LV Review Journal.  The cabinets were installed on May 8th.  I am very happy with the quality of the installation and cabinets.  The job was completed in a few hours, I would highly recommend them.

I think it was Ralph who came out to measure and  go over color and construction of cabinets.  They are very well made.  Jeremy came  to install.  He didn't waste time.  They both were professional and helpful.  I'm glad I got the cabinets and they are full.  I would certainly recommend them.

From the original meeting to the installation everything went great. The installer did a great job and was really clean. The shelves seem sturdy and I am happy with the design. Would definitely use again.

Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. There was no pressure to buy during the free in-home estimate. The price was exactly the same as the estimate, so no surprises there. This is a small company and they have been doing cabinets for quite some time. Ralph came out to do the estimate and the specifications. He brought photos and samples to help me decide on the configuration and what color for the cabinets and hinges. For my particular garage, we decided on 4 white double-door cabinets 6' high, 3' wide, and 24and quot; deep with silver color hinges. The cabintes come with 2 shelves per cabinet, and additional shelves are $9. I got 4 extra shelves.
Jeremy came out to do the installation. It took around 3 hours or so. When he was almost finished, he had me come out to decide which way I wanted the doors to open because in order to have a completely open shelving area with no obstructions, the center piece that hides the space between the doors is mounted on one of the doors, so that one door opens first, then the other door. He cleaned up all the sawdust after all was done and wiped the cabinets down. Note that if you don't want your stuff and/or car to get sawdust on them, cover them or move them away. It was a windy day, so I probably got more than usual, but it's just good to know this beforehand.
I'm happy with my cabinets. They are spacious and sturdy and look professional. I may have them build more on the other side of the garage and/or in my craft room at a later time. I also have a neighbor who had this company build her garage cabinets about 4 years ago and she is also very happy with them. Nobody mentioned the lifetime warranty until the end, Jeremy told me about it. So that was not used as a sales tactic. I do appreciate that.

Contacted Ralph and he came out the next day to provide a free estimate - on time and no sales pressure. Provided a clearly written estimate with no hidden additions. Scheduled an install for 6 days later. Installer arrived a few minutes early and went to work immediately. Extremely organized, professional, and efficient. Estimated 3-4 hrs install completed within 3 hrs. Installer came well prepared to get the job done. Materials were unloaded neatly and organized. Cabinets built on site, larger shelves reinforced to prevent sagging, edges along the floor caulked, and project area swept clean. Quality job completed and price was more than reasonable. Selected this contractor because of the years of experience, local business, and very small company. Excellent choice will refer to friends and family. Hats off to Southwest Garage Cabinets, Ralph, and Jeremy - thanks for a job well done!

It went perfectly. I called to ask about installing garage cabinets, and they sent out a man to write up an estimate for free. He was very professional. I had the cabinets installed 10/2/13, and the guy did a FANTASTIC job! The cabinets are very study, the shelves are extra braced to hold heavy items. All of the corners meet neatly, the doors close securely without gaps or problems. He answered all of my questions with a smile :). The worker made sure to caulk at the bottom so water couldn't seep in under the cabinets, as well as all around the top and sides to keep bugs out also. The shelves themselves are ?particle board (I think.. not solid wood, but that would have cost a fortuna! LOL!) with solid brackets. The workman arrived exactly on time, finished within good time AND cleaned up after himself so that I wasn't left with a mess to clean up.
I may need some more garage cabinet work done in the future, and I will definitely call this company again.

Ralph came to my house and provided a detailed estimate on the cost of several garage cabinets based on the requirements I presented to him, as well as the date and time it could be done. I agreed to the terms and installation time, but a few days later, I called him back to modify the estimate to include taller garage cabinets and two additional laundry room cabinets. When I spoke to Ralph regarding the change, he went out of his way and came to my house to draw a different plan, which was accepted and performed on the agreed date.
I expected more than one person to do the job, but I was sorpriced to see only one individual performing the whole installation. Jeremy did all the work in less than two days, and he performed a flawless job with a very high degree of honesty, integrity, punctuality, and professionalism. He was always very approachable and willing to answer any questions I had for him. I was really impressed with his performance, he and Ralph exceeded my expectations in every step of the processes they follow to complete the job.
I would highly recommend this company based on their work ethic, professionalism, punctuality, as well as their fair price.
