Excellent!Jeff arrived early and discovered his HDI cable had to be replaced with another cable with a VAG convertion attachment. He replaced the cable attached all appropriate parts. The computer works fine and I am quite satisfied. Very seasoned (experienced) computer technition.

I needed to get a Wifi adapter to connect to my new wireless modem. When I was still not able to connect n getting error messages after installing the adapter. I reached back out to Jeff n he gave me step by step instructions to get my computer up n running by email. He could have easily said he needed to come out again n charge me. AWESOME SERVICE
