Used plasterboard for the ceiling......... For outside patio in Las Vegas......... It has, as you would expect came down due to the heat and damp where the roll of roofing that he laid,without using any Tar to bond it, cracked and let the rain through.Just been quoted $3000 plus materials to replace ceiling with correct boarding.

I worked with him on a couple of major projects on my house. He helped me keep the cost down. He does have his own time table and does things at his own speed. He will work with me, because I have a budget. He actually works for the labor. He is easy to get along with. He does accept direction. He will let me know if it can be done or not. I bought the materials and paid for his labor. He is a good welder and he is very cooperative. I will use him again.
