I called Rick’s for window repair and they were here within an hour. Technician was courteous as well as professional and the price was fair. I’d use them anytime and twice on Sunday and would highly recommend them.

I hired Rick Glass to fix a window, with the understanding that parts needed to be ordered. We scheduled the repair 3-days later. An hour before that appointment, I received a text saying the parts were still in transit. We agreed to reschedule after delivery. It has now been 7+ days with no status update, and my calls/texts have not been returned. I have not received any communication to complete the job or formally end the agreement. Based on my experience, reliability and communication were lacking.

They were great I called them up in the morning explained what I needed with a photo. I accepted their quote and they replaced it the next work day. Good quality and Nice slide to the door. They cleaned up all the broken glass and made sure the area was safe for my daughter.

Rick is fantastic! He replaced two panes in my home—one that had failed and one broken by a golf ball. He even suggested using acrylic for one replacement, and it looks amazing—you’d never know it’s not glass, and it’s so much safer and stronger. His work is precise, clean, and professional.
