I am buying my first home and it's as old as I am, so I knew I needed an inspection. Found Rick at Red Rock Home Inspections on Angie's List and he was immediately responsive. Quote was quick and accurate. He scheduled the inspection with my real estate agent and the seller then sent a VERY thorough report about every little thing. Most of it I didn't even think of and I think he may have saved the seller's life! Definitely recommend!
