The Rakeman team was wonderful. From the scheduling the appointment for the estimate to making the arrangements for set up of crane to the installation. Very professional, stuck to the plan and executed in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I called the Rakeman Air 24/7 service number early the next morning. About an hour later, the service manager called to tell me that all technicians were out but that he lived close and would be right over. He determined that our 15-year-old compressor had died on a Saturday on the hottest day so far this year in Las Vegas! We asked if the work could be done that day and he said that he would try his hardest. We were blown away that Rakeman had us up and running by the end of the day! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rakeman to anyone. Great service and professionalism.

Some of the reason for the little higher price than normal is that we had to pay an "open-up" fee at the supply house to get the parts needed, we didn't have them in stock. Very well. Jesse is awesome and so is the office contact, Rhonda. She kept me informed every step of the way and was very responsive and caring. She also has a cute sense of humor! The work was competed as agreed and around our schedule. I couldn't ask for better service. Our AC unit is again working as it should and we are cool!
