PROSTAR PEST CONTROL

Tom came a couple of times within a 2 week period to help get rid of our ants near our kitchen window.  He also did a full house pest spray.  He was very responsive in scheduling this first visit.  He said that a quarterly visit is all that would be necessary from then on.  So when it came time to come again (3 months later), I called and left a message.  I also texted him.  2 weeks went by and no call back.  So I called again and texted again.  Still no response.  I called a 3rd and 4th time (by then it had been about a month) - telling him that if I didn't hear back from him, I would have to go with someone else.  STILL NO CALL BACK.  Its too bad because he came and really helped us with the ants and seemed to know his stuff about pest control.   If something has happened to the business, or to him personally, then a simple explanation would suffice.  But when there is a complete lack of communication, all I can do is move on to someone who wants my business.
