One of the things I love about this company they are always on time. They show up in clean trucks and clean uniforms the technician Frank R is awesome found the problem right away and offered us 3 optiond at no obligation. The work was top quality they gave me a warranty I have been using them for years and I will continue to do so best company in town hands down

Flooded my house while doing a tub install. Commented on a fb post and they reply by sexually harassing me. Wouldn't use them. Caused major damage to my home on 2 floors that had to be repaired and took months

Alert! July 2024 Under investigation by the Nevada State Board of Contractors for substandard work, FAILED City of Las Vegas INSPECTION, failed to meet code. Life threatening gas leak caused by Precision Plumbing. dba aaaPrecision Plumbing. SW Gas Co wrote: “Hazardous Premises”on my Vegas home. Failed to close gas line to their new tankless, water heater, failed code for ventilation ducts both incoming and outgoing. Precision failed to respond until the Nv State Contractor Board intervened. NSCB issued repair work order to Precision, giving them 15 business days (3wks) to repair and get a permit. STILL FAILED TO RESPOND! NSCB mandated repairs, City inspection. Precision was so Deceptive, claiming to me and to the City that they had installed a new 3/4 inch gas line. But, only put a short snub nose piece of pipe on the outside of the wall. City inspector CAUGHT PRECISION’S DISHONESTY, and FAILED INSPECTION. Such DANGEROUS and DECEPTIVE work by Precision Plumbing. I do not trust Precision Plumbing’s workmanship or credibility. Had Frank out yesterday afternoon March 9th, 2023, very professional and on time, turned water off to inside of house and he drained tank and showed me the different options I would have. He explained the warranty program on bringing up the gas water heater to code and other options and I received a discount as well. I was very pleased he was able to keep cost down and very efficient, cleaned up area and showed me all the work he completed within a couple of hours!!! Precision plumbing was recommended through my heating and AC company (Polar Air) the lady looked up on her computer the best rating and this is how I found out about Precision Plumbing!! Soon I will be needing my garbage disposal replaced and for sure will call Frank at Precision Plumbing! Amazing great work!!!!!

Precision Plumbing is all around a phenomenal company. They worked diligently to fix and discover the problem of plumbing issues. I had used a previous company to install a water treatment device and install fixtures (paying them over $4k) and when I had a plumbing emergency they would never return or answer my calls. The staff at precision were always friendly on the phone, worked to accommodate my schedule, and always personally called me if there were any changes. Jeremy worked tirelessly running jetters from the main line, the bathrooms, to the roof vents. He was always on time, had a good attitude, and was professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great plumbing company that will charge you a fair price, provide quality work, and quality people.

Easy. Mold had to be take out, then Jose Toledo, the plumber, replaced the drain pipes, and replaced the water valves. Good worker, punctual, easy to draw with. The office support staff are really nice and we'll informed. Their address is 2470 N. Decatur, #170 Las Vegas, NV 89108

Plumber did not demonstrate that the disposal worked, and when we tried it, it didn't work. He neglected to plug it in. Now hoping job was done correctly, can't be sure. Can't be sure valve was really replaced, haven't tried to turn off the water yet. Very expensive. Will not hire them again.

All elements of the work went fine. We negotiated a reasonable price for works rendured and it all turned out excellent!

They did a good job, they are good people.

Precision Plumbing provided good service for us. We had been out of water for 2 days and had called other plumbers to help us. Other companies did not want to do the job because it was in the winter and it was cold and wet. We contacted Precision Plumbing at 2:30 pm, someone arrived at 3:30 pm and the work was completed by 5:00 PM. The person that fixed the pump was fast and very nice.

I have used Precision plumbing 3 times for repairs over the last year, including replacing 2 complex water valves. They have always been responsive, on time, professional and reasonably priced for the job performed. I will use them again.

This work was done on a rental house that I own. Following completion of the work, I told the tech that I would need a receipt for tax purposes. He promised to get with his office staff and have it sent out. Two weeks later, no receipt.

I telephoned Precision and requested a receipt. They promptly sent out an INCORRECT receipt. I telephoned them back and requested a correct receipt. Two telephone conversations later AND two written requests later, still no receipt, as of 12/10/13.

While I have no reason to question the quality of the work preformed, the failure on the part of this company to provide a customer with a correct receipt, following six requests is unbelievable. I finally give up and write this review. And I still do not have a correct receipt. The business lacks professionalism.

Caution - - if you use this business you may find yourself having to follow-up multiple times (but still with no results) for something that they should do in the course of business - - Caution.

Precision Plumbing knew that the house had been without water for 3 days. They immediately started to replace main water liner, however, overall (agreed) price was exorbitant. Final replacement of water line was satisfactory, however, workers left the water supply to the entire house sprinkler system turned off. Luckily, the lack of outside water was discovered two days later and the water supply was quickly turned back on by homeowner. Not good contractor performance with outside temperature of 117-degrees.

We have an older home (built in 1968) and the cast iron plumbing was in very bad shape. We ended up replacing all the plumbing in the house and the main sewer line. In the process our water line was damaged so that had to be replaced too. After many calls they finally agreed to replace the water line with no cost to us, which we felt was the only fair thing to do considering they damaged it in the first place. However what should have been a one week, maybe two weeks at most, job turned into a six week long nightmare. They were late to the job most days and 3 times didn't show up at all. When we called to ask were they were we were told several stories, none of which matched or made sense. They messed up the water line which caused the sprinkler system to not work. They tried to say that it didn't work before they started and wanted us to pay even more to repair it. However we were able to give them proof via our pool/lawn service that it did in fact function prior. One of their employees took it upon himself to go ahead and make the repairs to the sprinkler lines even though the company still did not want to do the work. We were also told that they would replace/repair all the concrete and drywall that had to be removed during the process. They did put in concrete but used the cheapest type available, which shows, and over all did a horrible job on it. As for the drywall they did half of the work and when we asked about the other half they told us it would be an additional $680 on top of the $17,000 we had already spent with them. Do yourself a favor and never hire Precision Plumbing.

Dan arrived a few minutes early and was completely professional. He explained what he was going to do and gave us an estimate as to services he was going to perform so we could make an informed decision. We also purchased a home protection plan since we were unfamiliar with plumbers and he performed an inspection and did some adjustments before he left. We were very pleased with the entire experience.

They replaced an entire circuit board on one of the units. They did a great job and I thought that their price was very fair.

Precision was thorough, well informed, and efficient in providing quality service. Our builder had been ordered to replace fittings and they included a instant hot water timer on the water heater. The work they did caused more problems, so I contacted precision to evaluate the repairs and fix the problems the builder had caused.

Precision - third time they were used - was efficient, professional and provided excellent quality service.

They came and gave me an estimate of 7k. They said they could finance us so they began the work. They then said they couldn’t finance us and stopped working. We asked for some more time to get the money and they left and never came back. We had another plumber come look at what needed to be done and we were only quoted $1400 for the work.

The technician arrived on time and removed the worn out Anode from my Gas Water Heater. He then traveled to a supplier and obtained a new Anode. He had to drain the tank and remove the Earthquake supports in order to insert the new Anode which was approximately 44' long. After replacing the Anode and the Earthquake supports, he tested the functioning of the heater. There was no cleanup necessary.

Precision Plumbing inspected what was needed to be done and quoted me $395 for the kitchen sink/disposal install and $325 for the repair to the toilet! I asked why wouldn't I just buy a new toilet and have it installed since it would cost less than that price and was informed that I didn't understand the work involved. I then showed him the estimate I received from A-Better Plumbing, Inc. which was a fraction. He then stated that I should take that estimate and would get what I paid for and how some outfits had essentially less skilled, etc. than he. I informed him that they had an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau while he only had A rating. This was not a rude or angry exchange, just business. He tended toward the hard sell and was a bit condescending to me, possibly because I am a woman or maybe because I am not a plumber. Either way, he did not get my business and the work was done exceptionally well for $290 by A-Better Plumbing...AND that included the installation of both my garbage disposal and dishwasher along with the complete repair of the toilet. No new toilet was needed to bring down the price! Cannot recommend this gentleman based on price not on service, since I believe his prices were terribly inflated.

The man was so polite and did such a wonderful job.

The serviceman from Precision Plumbing came quickly when I called him because of this leak. He shut off the water and quickly replaced the valve without a hitch. I would certainly recommend this plumber.
