They would show up during their scheduled window. Service was fast and efficient. The technician was always friendly and professional. Importantly, I did not have pests after I began the service.

We've been using them for years. Nice group of young men that are knowledgeable and friendly. There's no contract and if we have a problem outside of our normal monthly schedule they will come back without question. They have a woman who calls to schedule and we're given a window of time that a tech will arrive. We've had a couple of occasions where they didn't show up during the window of time we were given but we've resolved that. Overall we like the service we've gotten and the price is extremely reasonable.

Easy to book, punctual, listened to the problems and proceeded to eliminate pests from the house. Although I haven't needed them to come out again, there service is guaranteed so if bugs were seen, they would come back out and respray for no additional charge.

There's nothing worse that going outside in the summer and seeing spiders, and other despicable insects on your property. I wasn't over-run by them, but one is too many in my opinion. Ever since Pre-Empt has been coming, the only bugs I see are dead ones! I am impressed with Brandon's knowledge of every imaginable insect in Las Vegas and how to control them. He has done a fantastic job for me. It is a great company.
