We appreciated their Honesty!! This is our first septic house and we were not familiar with what was needed. When he opened the tank he showed me what he would look for to check the health of the tank. Now I know what to look for. Before leaving he gave us a pamphlet outlining septic DO's and DON'Ts. services when I had a back up in my home. My husband was at work and I was trying to get the ball rolling while he was heading home. I talked to another service on the phone and the gentleman was obviously frustrated with me and my lack of knowledge, I opted to call another service. I called JJ's, the lady I spoke with was VERY nice and calming. She told me exactly what to do and where to get the information that was needed to find the septic tank lids. I was able to get all information for my husband by the time he got home and could start digging. I really appreciated that she took time to help me find the right resources so that my ENTIRE front yard was not dug up. When they came out to service the tank, they were honest and helpful. We will definitely be repeat customers! I will refer all my neighbors!
