My experience with them was okay. They were good. They just sent one person and it took her all day. She did stay until she thought she was done. Everything looked fine.

Great! My brothers and I wanted to set up a regular or semi- regular cleaning service for our parents who are having trouble keeping up with cleaning the entire house. Since we do not live anywhere near our parents, we wanted a smaller, more personal service so we could be in contact with the cleaner. We found Payne Cleaning on the web and read someone's favorable review at another website. Lolita (the owner) came by while I was visiting my parents to assess the situation, explain her services, and set up the first cleaning. The first cleaning was done while my brother was visiting my parents. Unfortunately Lolita's helper was sick the day we had scheduled, but she arrived promptly and did the entire job herself. She cleaned everything very thoroughly (more than they expected), allowed them to stay while she cleaned, and did not disturb personal items. She did an excellent job and we will definitely use her service again.
