Mark was great. The job looks exactly as we requested and it was done a full day earlier than he promised. I was living at the house while he worked and he was patient and accommodating as I needed to move his drop cloths around in order to do this task or another. He works really long hours, takes few, if any breaks, and works weekends.
My only complaint is one of style, I suppose. He had a habit of washing his brushes in my sink. I mentioned it to him once and he told me that he would clean the sink to ensure there was no evidence of him ever being there, and he did just that! However, when you build a brand new house it is still a little unsettling to see a painter wash his brush in the sink you haven't even had the chance to wash a dish in!
