Lowe’s contractor. Installation went fine. Showed up as scheduled. Communications with office staff could have been more timely.

The owner came out with assistant and installed toilet. I had made prior arrangements with their office to pay any additional hourly on sinks after toilet install. The owner said it was not in his company's financial interest to do the sink handles and kitchen drain ( which was nothing more than unscrewing old drain and screwing in a new one plus putty. I had all supplies right there.). Then he looked at the furnace and began discussing a plan to run the line through the attic outside then up to the roof. Apparently he didn't like that I questioned his plan and said I wanted it run up the wall through the air vent to the roof...a fast and shorter getting direct route. He left and never gave me my bid nor returned my call to have work completed. It left me facing Thanksgiving with only half my sinks work. Pain in the pipe plumbing is the wrong name. They are no more than PAIN IN THE *** PLUMBING!!!

This company was used as a sub-contractor by a local home improvement store. The services consisted of removing old and then installing new toilets in two bathrooms in the house. The employees for this company arrived within expected time frame, were friendly, professional and completed the job with ease and within a couple of hours.
Impressed by their work, we kept their business information.
Several months later we used this company to replace worn out plumbing for a shower; the valve in the wall needed to be replaced due to a minor water leak. Again, the service was completed in a timely manner, friendly, and they did a good job cutting a clean rectangle-shaped pieced out of the drywall in order to access the plumbing. I cannot remember if they offered to patch the drywall they had to cut out, because we chose to leave the hold there and cover it up with a plastic access panel we purchased at a local home improvement store.

Had them out through Lowe's for a simple sink hook up and to fix a bathtub leak. They seemed really annoyed to have to come out to the far northwest...they were rude...they did the job but the second sink was delayed so they said they'd come out the next day. The next day they said they wouldn't come out until some undefined later time. The jobs were simple, so what they did was OK but they weren't at all concerned or interested in coming back to finish. Pain in the A** Plumbing would be a more appropriate name for the company.

Very professional and amiable. Apparently when one buys a new dishwasher not all the necessary fittings are included. Oh the modern world! Not to worry the guys went to the nearby Home Depot and got the necessary fittings, returned and completed the installation with NO increase in job estimate/cost.

While waiting for the part to arrive, they called and said they could replace the entire water heater (with a ten gallon increase in capacity) for $450.00. I agreed to this and I was satisfied with the work they did but was upset that they completed the job without telling me that the pan under the old unit that catches the water in case of a leak was too small for the larger size unit. They went ahead and installed the new unit without a pan.

They took off the old recirculation and re-plumbed for the new one. They were very pleasant. They showed up on time and was very time efficient.

Extremely well! Inspite of problems with Mold Doctor, the Pain in the Pipe people were the only bright spot in a terrible situation.

When our water bills kept rising month after month I knew we had a major leak that needed professional repair. One of my friends told me about Tom at Pain in the Pipe so I called and described the problem. His crew arrived the next day and dug under the slab in the entryway for about an hour while a river of water kept flowing. Unable to find the point of the leak, he told us that unfortunately the entire line would have to be replaced. I thought his estimate was reasonable so I approved the work. Tom's crew worked for a day and a half with him coming by to supervise periodically and at the end of that time we had a new water line and outside shut off. The work was done professionally, in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. I plane to use Pain in the Pipe to install a tankless hot water heater in the near future.

Company was originally hired by Lowe's to install toilet purchased from Lowe's. This bathroom has an 11 1/2" rough out from wall. Plumbing people at Lowe's said "No problem, it will work." Plumber arrives to install and says it may or may not work and once it is installed the wax ring may leak down the road. Not a difficult decision. Packed up 12" toilet and ordered 10" toilet. Plumber came in and installed the toilet in very short time. Professional and honest, on time craftsman. Toilet works great!
