He was very good, prompt, professional and patient with all my questions which he answered well and in terms I could understand. He also had good prices. He gave me a temporary solution for the door to the garage, determined what the problem was for the front door, and installed the door lock/handle which I had just bought in case this was needed. I would definitely hire him again.

Great, Dave White from MX Locksmith arrived on time and on time and were very helpful.Dave was wonderful and made every effort to be able to create/re-key the lock without the expense of having to fully replace the lock - and re-finish the entire door. He took the time to make a key that worked, checked them all individually and provided professional service. He also showed he was concerned about the quality of the job and I had confidence in his security and the work he did.

Dave arrived right on time at 8:00 a.m. the following morning and noticed that the strike plate and the bolt were lining up correctly which was causing the problem. He replaced the strike plate in minutes and it works great now. He was very professional and I would definitely recommend them.

After our complaint was registered with Angie's List, we were contacted by the General Manager, Dave White, who agreed to come to our home the same day and remedy the faulty lock, free of charge. Mr. White came to our home a couple of hours later, repaired the lock and explained that his company has been under new management since September, and the technician who initially completed the service, was no longer employed there. Everything is working correctly and we are satisfied with the remedy.

We called Moto Express Sunday afternoon, Mar 23 when another locksmith service (ABC) failed to be able to make their two scheduled appointments with us for Friday or Sunday. I am so glad I called Justin, and he was very professional, called when he was on his way to meet us and was there in the exact time he said he would be there.., We called at 2:30PM and he met us at 4:30 to rekey, install a deadbolt and help cut another lock on a condo unit we had just purchased. I wish I would have called him first and I told him I will be using him in the future for all of our locksmith needs.  We also asked for an Angie's list discount, which he gave to us. Thank you Justin, we really appreciate your service.

Right after we closed my Allstate office for the night, we discovered that one of the workers here locked her purse in her desk and was unable to open it to be able to leave for the day.  After calling out on google for a few providers without success (as it was after 5 PM), I remembered I could check with Angie.  I found Moto Xpress, called and spoke directly with Julius, who said he'd be here within 30 minutes, and he was.  After trying several options, the lock had to be drilled out (which I was fine with).  He got the drawer open without any mess or breakage of the wooden desk, I handed Lindsey her purse, and off she went - and the whole thing was over with in about 10 minutes.  Very impressive!

Called and they came out next day. Very punctual, very professional.  Will use them again.
