Manny's Maintenance

WARNING DO NOT USE had Manny and his team replace my grass with rock around my pool in April. After about a week weeds were growing everywhere (See picture) come to find out he did not even put any weed block fabric down. He also did not finish putting rocks in certain area. I reached out to Manny and he assured me he would be back the next week to fix the problem. After a week, no Manny. Then he said he would be there at the end of the Month . no Manny. He had an excuse for every month May- Machine broke June - Truck broke July - Trailer Broke Aug - Truck Tire issues I text Manny again Mid Aug that I needed this work done before a birthday party Sept 1st. I even offered to come get the rock from him myself. Manny told No, not to worry I promise to have all the work done by Sept 1st. Now its Sept 9th and yep, NO MANNY. I have called and sent him multiple text sad part is I know he received the text because it shows â  Read I had to pay another company to finish the work Manny promised for 4 months would be done. I 100% DO NOT recommend Manny Tree Service.

At the top of his paperwork under his name is written RELIABLE ON-TIME SERVICE Many Maintenance has been to our house three times and all three times it was very hard to get them here when they said they would be here. Knowing things come up during the day, it only takes a minute to call on your cell phone and re-schedule. I called for service and was given an appointment. Once again NO CALL NO SHOW When I said I did not appreciate sitting home on my day off waiting for no one to come he chose to tell me to find someone else. There are many other crews to call so I would rather find someone who respects my time as I do there. If you like to sit home with no shows give Manny a call other wise call someone one else.

Said he would be over to quote property they were a NO Show... I asked again for help the guy said he would be there the next day but again a NO show no response since.

Manny came out and gave me a very competitive quote to grind out some stumps in my yard. His crew did an awesome job. They were very professional and quick. they cleaned up after they ground everything out and walked me around the yard after to show me exactly how they did everything and to make sure i was happy with the work. I would highly recomend Manny's Maintenance and will use them again when needed.

He was supposed to trim 4 trees. Instead of cutting branches, he cut limbs. He destroyed a beautiful canopy of a 23 year old Japanese plum tree.
