IT appeared to go well until I received a copy of what was supposed to have been done. It appeared, and subsequently was confirmed, that not all of the 23 point list had been done. I called twice asking for the technician who had come by and he later told me that he had not been informed. Unfortunately, after more that a week had passed, I had to call again and was called back by the service manager. He scheduled a technician, the same one who had initially came, to stop by two days later. The work was completed and the technician told me, as had the service manager, that he was new on the job. What the main problem was the lack of response after my call.

Excellent. Joel did not have the correct capacitor with him. He installed a temporary and 2 days later returned to install the correct one for the unit. His original response to our call was 5 minutes and arrived within 2 hours to diagnose the problem and fix it .

On time, very pleasant serviceman, wore boot covers when in the home. Seemed like complete checkup and cleaning. No issues and no trying to up sell other products. Will use again this fall for furnace cleaning and checkup.

This company came highly recommended to me by a friend and they were right. They were on time, efficient and their price was reasonable. We had air in our home in no time. I would have no problem using them again.
