*24 HOUR EMERGENCY SERVICE* Complete Residential & Commercial plumbing services. During normal business hours, we charge a $59 diagnostic fee. During this visit, you will be provided with an estimate; at that time, if you choose to have the service performed, the $59 is WAIVED. If you do not desire to have the service performed, you will be responsible to pay the $59 at that time. This fee covers our technicians time to drive to your home. All of our technicians are background checked, DRUG tested (prior to employment and randomly checked), OSHA 10 hour certified, and trained. We’ll listen to your concerns and we’ll do what it takes to ensure you’re completely satisfied. We know what it takes to keep a customer for life. We are not out to get your business just once - we want to help you with all of your plumbing needs and strive to gain your confidence so that you will tell your friends and family. Commercial customers are asked to pay at the time of service unless they have set up an account with us, and those Invoices are paid Net 15. Licenses: We are licensed with the Nevada State Contractor's Board, Clark County, City of Las Vegas, City of Henderson, City of North Las Vegas, City of Mesquite, and Department of Manufactured Housing. "Dear [Member Name Removed], I'm so sorry that you are not enjoying the new main water line that we ran for you and in August. When I finally spoke to your husband, Lavert, in December to collect the $2,616 that was past due, he told me that you were having a problem with one of the toilets. Although it was past the 30 day warranty, I dispatched one of my technicians to go to your home to look at it. Kyle tried on 3 different days to contact Lavert, but was not able to reach him, nor did Lavert return his phone calls. Regarding the Lien, you were sent a Notice of Intent, NOT a Lien. A Notice is something that must be done, per statute, 15 days prior to recording a lien. Since we had not been paid for the work that was done, we had no other choice but to send the Notice to you. I would like to say THANK YOU for your payment last week and would like you to know that a Lien will not be filed on your property. You received an AMAZING price for a new main water line and 2 toilets repaired. It's sad, I had a customer call me the other day that told me another local plumbing company charged her $28,000, yes that is 28 THOUSAND DOLLARS, for a new 20' main water line. I'm sorry that you felt the need to damage our reputation by placing a bad Review on any outlet you could find, however, we are a good and reputable company and our customers know it. Unfortunately, the people it affects the most is manufactured homes because those water heaters are more expensive than built homes to begin with. Also, below you will find the description as stated on your invoice: "CALL FOR BACKED UP TOILET: TECH OBSERVED THAT FLOOR DRAIN WAS BACKED UP ALSO, SNAKED THROUGH CLEAN OUT UNDER LAV PULLED BACK MASSIVE AMOUNT OF TOILET PAPER BEFORE CLEARED. WHEN RUNNING LAV TO FLUSH LINE NOTICED LEAK. TECH REPLACED DRAIN ASSEMBLY AND TESTED FOR LEAKS. WHILE TESTING FLOOR DRAIN BACKED UP AGAIN AND HAD TO REPEAT SNAKE PROCESS. ONCE CLEARED, TESTED DRAIN AND TOILET ALL WORKING FINE. DRAIN WORK- 30 DAY WARRANTY ON LAVE ASSEMBLY NO WARRANTY ON DRAIN AS CUSTOMER STATES THIS HAPPENS OFTEN. IF CONTINUES, RECOMMEND CAMERAING LINE." First of all, we didn't clear the sink through the drain line as you have a clean out under the sink, so there is no way we broke your sink; more importantly, it wasn't your sink that was broken, it was the drain line to the sink that was leaking; Also, as you clearly state in your review, this has been an unsolved "plumbing problem forever". I don't appreciate your bad review on a problem that has been ongoing. The line was clear at the time my technician left. Since this has been a problem, and the technician pulled back too much toilet paper, the cause could be that someone in your office is using too much toilet paper, or you have a break in your line which will allow some paper to go down, but not all. Eventually the paper blockage builds to a point that nothing else can pass. We recommend you have the line cameraed. If the line is fine, then you would need to have a discussion with your employees. The last suggestion we could make is that you put in a power flush toilet that will push the massive amounts of paper down the line further and will hopefully have a better chance at reaching the city main.
