The crew is relatively small, but they are extremely efficient at what they do. The planting took less than a half of a day, and the yard was cleaned of all debris after they were through. We have also been calling them for pruning work, maybe once a year. They usually arrive earlier than they said which is fine with us. The shrubbery in our yard is always well groomed, and healthy.

I have a contract with Landmark that I pay them monthly for whatever I need done with my lawn. They have done so many things for me; they have built some beds out of stone, did some trimming, laid some gravel and even fertilized my lawn. They are a wonderful company. The workers are always very pleasant and happy to be at my home. When cutting my grass, they always clean up the mess and rake away any excess grass that is left behind. I am overly satisfied with them and plan to keep them around for many years to come.

I did have an annual contract with Landmark, so I was unable to get rid of them until just recently. The problem between me and them was that there was limited communication amongst us. I feel that I had some trouble being understood. I would tell them exactly what I wanted done and how I wanted it done. They would just come and whack the bushes and do nothing else I asked. They did very lousy work. I think the price would have been reasonable if they had done what they were supposed to. I paid them for the entire year and I feel they should have done more than just whack some bushes and blow some leaves around.

Landmark Landscaping has been looking after my yard for a few years now and they are on time for their regular scheduled visits. The grass is cut, the hedges, the bushes trimmed and all the clippings are cleared away from the property. They do a nice job of keeping our yard maintained and we are always pleased with their professional service people. In the summer, we have them come on a weekly basis, the winter every two weeks and their prices are very reasonable.
